We both are staying here right now, fantastic food, fab staff were nothing is to much trouble... Super new pool also.. We love it here and will defiantly come back next year, great family business.. Cliff&Kerrie

Worst management ever Worst management ever

I stayed at Seaview only because the amazing Zest Cafe is across the street and the room had a refrigerator and it was cheap. Those are the only pros for this place. The room was dirty, it was very noisy, and the property was under construction. The absolute worst part about this place, however, was the service. Read the other bad reviews they at spot on. The best treatment I received here was passive disdain. Every request involved me tracking down the nasty manager, Anthony, who would sneer at me. Every single interaction I had with this man was unpleasant. He yelled at me when I checked in because I didn't use block letters in the registry book. He blamed me when I was given a broken helmet for my scooter and did very little to help fix it. I never saw him smile once. And every issue involved him talking over my head with some other person and not telling me what was going on. I've been traveling India for 2 months now so this isn't a case of western standards, this guy just has no consideration for service or creating a pleasant experience for the guest. Side note: the attached restaurant is separately owned and operated and all the staff including the owner Rajesh are absolutely warm and wonderful

Hotel location is good as it is only 100 meters from the beach. Rooms are okay and clean. We stayed for 1 night in executive rooms. They have a restaurant where you can have bfast/lunch/dinner but there is no room service. Also , they don't allow eating in the room.

Rooms here were clean and cool. One of our rooms the water heater did not work so you must ask, very insistently for hot water to be brought from another tap. Reception and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful in arranging transport and scooter rentals. 10 minute drive from Palolem, quick walk to the beach and much more.

I booked this hotel on MMT and travelled from North Goa to South Goa to come here. On reaching here I was surprised to find that the hotel owner had discontinued his association with Make my trip and we had no idea what to do. After waiting at the reception for over 30 mins and talking to the owner politely we found out that this was because MMT had not been paying them from quite some time now. But they did not like us wait there that way and ended up letting us stay there and decided to deal with MMT. Absolutely 0 stars to MMT service but 4 stars to the cleanliness, location and friendliness of the staff of the hotel. The beach is only 2 mins walking distance from the hotel and the beach is beautifullll.
