We went as a group with friends to this hotel, sorry to say but not one day but all 3 days we stayed was the same experience. They serve after 45 mins (fixed two items) and that too cold.

After visiting Sharanam, I am not sure whether or not to attach any significance to 4* rating. It may not be a bad place, but is surely nowhere close to a 4 star.

the hotel was good and nice location. But no one was there was hold or ask other guests making noises especially when playing cricet in small area which was very irritating. Usually goa is the place for overnight party and getting up late but due to the nuisance other guest created it was tough to even sleep until 9 am. also no emergency services in case of any medical need. even staff was helpless to help with minor thing like lemon or anything from kitchen. Overall the hotel was good but the noises made it sometime very tough.

The hotel is centrally located and with access to good veg restaurants within a radius of a 5-15 mins walk. The hotel however is not 3 star as mentioned in the pics and brochures. Room service was very slow when we asked for extra towels. The wifi never worked during our entire stay from the room. The breakfast was average at the most. Not worth 3k/night. We can definitely get better places to stay than Sharanam Green in Calangute, Goa.

Not a good hotel to stay. The uploaded photos are impressive but in actual poorly maintained. Very poor response to customer requirements and rooms are stinking. Incase if you stay do not take advise of local travel from reception else u will be the next bait... In total not recommendable

We were 3 night in this hotel. The staff was very imperfect and unwelcomed.i ask for a match box and the guy was telling that they dnt hv matchbox in hotel that what make me surprices.they are simply making money whoever is new in was in bad shape Poor service.avoid this hotel as much possible.

It started with a confusion. They offered to upgrade my Deluxe room booking to a Suite at a nominal cost. I agreed immediately. Then they said they offered the upgrade by mistake. Also, they said the upgrade cost would be higher for me (had they actually offered an upgrade) since I had booked online and not directly with them. This was not a good start! We checked in to our Deluxe room. The Deluxe rooms are not that big - they have a balcony, but its not some place where you can relax in the evening. The room appeared clean at the first look. Bathrooms are clean. The moment I looked underneath the bed (it does not have storage in it, so there's lot of open space under the bed), I saw all the dust and dirt lying there as if it was not cleaned since years - it was gross! They don't clean the bed underneath - explicitly ask for it, else you'll end up having mosquitoes at night coz of that dust!! Note - they never clean the balcony :( The rooms are very dim-lit.. :( not enough brightness at all :( this was disappointing further!! The staff at the restaurant is not cooperative - you cannot return anything you don't like!! I returned the small bottles of water since I was expecting them to send 1 ltr bottles. They argued a lot about such a small thing!! On day 3 when I asked them to have my room cleaned, they said since it was close to 6 pm, their staff had left and the room can't be cleaned now. We requested that we would need the room to be mopped at least. The staff at reception said he would try and let me know. 30 minutes and 3 calls later he confirmed that they will not be able to get the room cleaned. So we kept the dustbins outside the room and mopped it ourselves :( an hour later I noticed that the dustbins had been cleaned by their staff. What I failed to understand that they had the housekeeping staff available at 8 pm to clean the freaking dustbins but they did not have the same staff to clean the room at 6 pm. That very moment I asked the guy at the reception about this and they conveniently said that if we had requested more, they would have had the room cleaned. I don't know how much more can a guest request for cleanliness and basic hygiene!! The staff is not mature at all. When I spoke to 1 person at reception, on our last day that we need a cab to Thivim station, he said he would make it available by the time we checkout (we were checking out at 5:30 pm - paid extra which is okay). During checkout, the shifts had changed, so when I asked for the cab to the guy at the reception around 5 pm, he did not have any clue about it. He said I should have told him about the cab - they expect every guest to talk to every single staff member for the same thing!! this is ridiculous!! Swimming pool - this was one of the prime reasons for booking this hotel - but the water was not clean at all - there was a clear layer of oil on top of the water in the pool. During my stay, I never saw them maintain the pool or even clean the water in it :( Staying in this hotel is like you have to go by their timings and rules.. :( shouldn't it be the other way round? Overall experience - not that great :( there are many hotels in the same area with better hospitality and amenities in this price! Totally below par :( Cleanliness - 2/5 Food - 3/5 Staff courteousness - 2/5 Locality - 3/5 Value for money - 2/5

we stayed 2 nights Paying Rs 4000/ day and everything was good first day only the problem was with the Washroom door which was not closing properly and repeatedly informing the manager nothing was done and 2nd day was too terrible for us as normally we heard the check out timings are 12 clock, and i was surprised to hear a call from reception that we exceed our check out time which was not informed earlier from the concerned person that was 11 clock ok i was agreed with also and i Requested to the person sitting at reception that Please as my Fiancee was very serious and unable to walk properly so can we check out 12:30 Pm and he said ok...Exact 12:25 pm I ranged at reception and ask for pick up of luggage and we all were ready to move and suddenly my Fiancee puked and i Started cleaning the area and now next was so blunder which makes the image of sharanam greens very Bad. the person who was at this duty he was a healthy guy not remember his name was standing out of my room 12: 35 and told us to move out hurry up which shows bad hospitality towards the guest and once i was clearing my check out the person behaved very badly shouting at me and was using vulgar language to me i could not meet the Owner of that place so that i can talk to him i request the owner to take an strict action against him otherwise if he will repeat this same again with someone else then never you can expect good guest relations.As this was my very bad experience I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed I this hotel from 23rd Dec to 27th Dec 2016. Hotel is good. Service is also good. Rooms are good and clean but some maintenance is required. Avoid room no 203. very noisy AC. Pool facing balcony is there for some rooms but some construction working is going on outside hotel area so cannot utilize it. Also it is not safe for children as iron railing for balcony is rusty and not maintained properly. It is near to beach area (may be 1km). Food was good but bit expensive.
