The rooms which were provided for us were not the same as shown in the site and as promised by travell guru. more so when i tried to talk to customer care at travell guru iwas kept on hold for hours a no of time and was not attended. sorry to say bit it was averry bad experience with travel guru. i would sincerly not advice any one to book through travelguru

Hotel is good with clean airy rooms. I called for an ashtray the staff got me one. The sea food joint faces the sea and lobsters are worth a try.

Room is very similar to the picture with wrought iron furniture, mirrors and matching light fittings. Some walls were painted purple. Staff are very proud of their hotel and it was very clean and comfortable. Our room had superior floor and bathroom tiles with a balcony. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and the hotel is surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops.with a balcony. 1-Hotel staff is very poor 2-they don't even provide the bucket for bath 3-they also don't give free Wi-Fi even they have written that they will give 4-manager even don't interfere in hotel problems 5-lift also don't work 6-managment does not repair lift So my advice is that don't even think about to go in this hotel and don't even wast money in this hotel plzzz

We liked the large sized room and location( just behind radission blu). Its actually 1BHK. Very spacious with balcony, fridge etc. Rooms were nice too. The manager was helpful too. However, the staff were rude, non responsive and not worth the time. We had to ask to get things done as if they were doing a favor by serving us. My driver had to face problems as they don't have common area for drivers to take bath and get fresh. This is strange bcoz all hotels (even a 1 star hotel) are courteous enough. Loved the pool, it was functional and no problems there. In short, Nice property wasted due to pathetic staff.

Worst hotel plz don't think about stay in staff is so cheap they don't arrange a drinking water after 10 o clock no power backup lift is not working lift closed in mid even you carry your bags after check out manager is so irresponsible they even booked my room to anyone else ,this is bcoz of online booking plz guys don't go there

//Booked through Oyo We booked three rooms with 12PM - 11AM checkout schedule. We were never able to reach the hotel guys over phone to inform about late check-in around 1AM. We eventually reached the place at 3AM. Front desk in-charge is not available. Only room service and security guy are there and they only has *some* occupancy list which doesn't list our name at all. ( At the end we got to know that front desk incharge guy went to some room and slept with out informing security or room service guy). They fail to call any one who is can solve the problem. We tried to reach out to oyo customer support. There is an automated response and no one attended to our call for one hour. We had to wait with 3 women in our group for 1 hour plus at 3AM arguing with security and room service guy to at-least open one room. Finally room service guy opened three unoccupied rooms for us at 430AM. Very very bad experience. No convincing response from front desk staff in the morning. They just blame on security and room service guys. Morning breakfast so bad. This is not a VFM hotel. Rooms are very basic for the price. Never ever choose this hotel to stay in goa

1.Breakfast is pathetic 2.Room service is very slow. 3.They dnt provide even bucket in the room. 4.There is no wifi. 5.Front desk staff is very rude. 6.So my only advise that please dnt go in this hotel you can find many good hotels with good deal in candolim.

Demo Trip Please don't ever think of your stay at this hotel if you doesn't want to spoil your holiday.. They promise something and give nothing and if you ask for it, they will start fighting.. Pathetic staff..
