DO NOT RELEASE....This hotel was the worst experience in my entire travel life. The exterior was good. We were actually happy before we entered into reception. We could not find Smiles and greetings from the staff/ managers. No welcome drinks. Rooms were actually terrible. We had to check three rooms before we could find a little bit hygienic room because the paint was coming out and we were able to see water damping in the walls. They took one hour to clean the dust we showed them. So the first two hours were in reception. They promised room facilities like Tea coffee maker, hair dryer, Mini Bar but denied to offer even when asked for. We can say room service was not available. We called for restaurant menu that we could not get till the end of our journey. When we tried to open the room the key broke down and the house keeping guy asked us to pay extra for that. Money can never be an issue but we can figure out the service commitment and dignity this hotel carries.
Clean rooms. Friendly service. Overall a good hotel.
Food needs to be improved. Rest is perfect.
Very good restaurant only for stay. Swimming pool was very clean. Room service is very slow. Reception staff is very helpful. Food quality is not good. If you are fishlover never ever try fish in their restaurant.

Average place in a good location...Close to Kalangute, Bagha and Candolim beaches...Pool is bad..Breakfast arrangement was horrible with people wanting and waiting for food most of the time with very few options and variety..Rooms were OK..
Sunkissed plaza is one of the best hotel in Goa .My son love swimming pool , kidspoolwith rain .he enjoyed lots in kidspool.BaskinRobin is just 1 minutesfrom hotel .everyday after dinner we goto BaskinRobin to eat ice cream.bank atm front of hotel get . calangute beachis 2 minutes fromhotel .we enjoyedof hotel location and services.food was lovely and yummy. premium room 3900 + tax was lovely deal from Reservation staff.
We booked during the 2016 Christmas weekend. Looking at the pictures and some other reviews we booked premium rooms and when were there to check-in we were disappointed to see non-premium room. The rooms were not up to the mark. No mineral water provided instead tap water or some local brand was provided to drink.
We booked this hotel for 26 Jan long weekend . To start off rooms are really small , beds are really bad , they never clean your room , even if you ask them they do a bad job. I am not even getting into food cause the mere thought of their breakfast buffet makes me sick ! The only good thing about hotel is the location !
I am writing this review following my stay at your hotel, last week. This letter is in regard to the poor level of customer service with high customer dissatisfaction. I opted for your property after checking your website which portrays a completely different picture, as compared to reality. You claim to provide a lot many facilities which is not even available on your best rooms. Right from the time of check-in, my experience had been the worst ever. Poor room service was a bonus. Everything else was awful and not up to the mark. In short, you have totally shattered our vacation leaving us more tired than ever. Your property and services are not even worthy to be checked-in for free. I will make sure that your property does not even get a single star.
