Hotel was in very bad shape, We have booked royal room in this hotel and we are very disappointed. Following issues we have found 1. Hot water was not coming after 6PM, so my kids could not shower. 2. Swimming pool is in very bad shape, lots of garbage in the pool. kids can not use hotel pool 3. Elevator is very bad. unable to close properly. 4. Lots of bugs in room, and unable to sleep in the night 5. Flush in bathroom was not working. I have explained all these issue to travelguru on first day but they did nothing. I have spoke to hotel owner and she did nothing just ignore my complains.

The problems started right from the chekin. 1st they lied to us that the room we have booked A/c is not working and showed us some other room , however we came to know that they have a walk in customer who is ready to pay higher for the room so they wanted to en cash on that. Post spending an hour at the reception they finally gave us the room with comments like do what you want I am the owner what will travel guru do which spoilt the outset of the trip. Now a bit about the room the mini fridge in the room made lot of noise so did the a/c and the TV was not working due to improper power wiring. The drapes used in the room around the bed were very dirty , wash room had a shabby bucket , a rusted hand wash dispenser , unfurnished bath tub area and to top it up just cold water ( Room no 601). next day again after putting up a lot of energy we could shift in another room next day (Room no 405). Which was just a bit better with some hot water in the shower. The ac was automatic and could be controlled from reception which they never did. The pool they had was closed all 3 days we stayed. Breakfast served was horrible. The wifi connection was only in the reception area, on the site while booking it showed complementary spa and a candle night dinner in the room which was not given too. Overall it was a complete cheat by tangerine boutique resort and to extent by travel guru who have spoilt my honeymoon.

This was my nth visit to goa and as always i decided to check out a new hotel this time.. as i got out of the airport i was greeted by a gusty wind and a light drizzle.. a perfect start to a cool monsoon holiday.. on reaching the hotel what impresses me the most was the welcome that we got by the owners themselves who are young punjhabi lads SImran & Gagan who have made goa their home.. The rooms are few and hence the attention to us was special.. we loved the fact that we were most of the time all alone in the pool till late in the night.. romantic yes.. even more so as they upgraded us to the valentine room for the last night as we were staying since a week..very very happy with the boutique resort.. only the food needs to be imroved.. also a special mention to the manager Raj who is also a magician and a very very fine host.. perhaps this hotel will end my quest for the perfect hotel.

hey fab place. it is just situated at the perfect place. a kilometer away from the hustle bustle of calangute market and nestled in greenery. we were very pleased with the rooms which are spacious and well doneup. the staff and owners are very very helpful. hope to visit again, ciao

We had a booking for 3 nights. The first day we checked in we got to know the swimming pool is under innovation and THAT was the horrible view. It was a mess. The toilet flush was not working. There was no hot water and when asked the person says " why dont you take bath in cold water?" Then we got to know the other rooms had no electricity for a long time. NO WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!NO POWER!!!!!!!!!! ANNND the next day the same saga repeated. NO water to take bath. We decided to find another place. We are there for a vacation and we had to spend 3 hours just finding a place to stay! All because of these irresponsible people. The horror story doesnt end here. We checked out of the hotel. At this point the staff asks us for reasons why we want to go and when we tell them the reason, one of them tries to defend himself. Finally, we check out and they dont settle our bills. We have been calling them constantly to return the remaining amount that we had paid them before checking in! It has been THREE MONTHS now and still we dont get our money back. Now, this person called HARMEET is not picking our calls and not responding to our mails. they are outright cheaters. You will find roaches in the rooms. Please DONT GO if you want to have a pleasant experience.

Its a con job to describe best. Got cheated by the look of the website. We were there for 3 nights from 30th Dec 2016. We checked in in the evening, but the rooms were still dusty and not mopped at all. The bed linen had stains all over them. A bathroom tap was broken. Had to fire the reception staff finally to get the rooms cleaned and sheets changed as they were simply not willing to acknowledge to polite requests. The icing on the cake finally was discovering bed bugs! They were swarming all over the bed!!!

We had our last year Industrial visit.... to goa we have going to Tangerine since last 4 yes now.. the staff is amazing ... n now friends they all know us well and our requirements too.... the hotel is so beautifully made we love the calm atmosphere and the new pool with jacuzzi...... thanks for the wonderful stay n sooooo many memories.....

I came here with my college friends for a vacation trip. They gave us regular room cleaning service. The best part was the dj night arranged by them. We even got welcomed by the owner themselves. Pool side party is a must if you decide to stay here.

I was here in mid December with my girlfriend and I took the Valentine room for my stay.. They greeted us with a welcome drink and later on we had some quality time near pool sidd.. The food and service was quick and fast, and we even had a night out party with the owner of the hotel.
