As you can see I have put the comments as Terrible; and this is not for the Hotel as the same was cancelled, even though was completely paid by us during the booking and confirmed. I am wondering why at the first place, the hotel rooms were confirmed when there was no confirmation from the Hotel. 2nd : Why we as customer need to take a reciprocal approach to check the hotel details before departing and Non-availability of the hotel rooms was confirmed only at that moment; why it wasn't taken up proactively. While we have been on a long desired vacation, the entire plan was spoiled. In a worst case, I would be forced to accept that the rooms aren't available where the booking is confirmed. But having accepted this, why a similar accomodation at a near by location was not arranged where we intend to spend our holidays as had been planned several days ago. Why the alternate accommodation was provided much away from where we wanted to spend our time. i.e. the accommodation was provided at North Goa, while we had always been asking for the same at South Goa. Moreover, the hotel was not at all at par with what we had booked for. When we talk about the amenities, the services etc. was really bad.
