As you can see I have put the comments as Terrible; and this is not for the Hotel as the same was cancelled, even though was completely paid by us during the booking and confirmed. I am wondering why at the first place, the hotel rooms were confirmed when there was no confirmation from the Hotel. 2nd : Why we as customer need to take a reciprocal approach to check the hotel details before departing and Non-availability of the hotel rooms was confirmed only at that moment; why it wasn't taken up proactively. While we have been on a long desired vacation, the entire plan was spoiled. In a worst case, I would be forced to accept that the rooms aren't available where the booking is confirmed. But having accepted this, why a similar accomodation at a near by location was not arranged where we intend to spend our holidays as had been planned several days ago. Why the alternate accommodation was provided much away from where we wanted to spend our time. i.e. the accommodation was provided at North Goa, while we had always been asking for the same at South Goa. Moreover, the hotel was not at all at par with what we had booked for. When we talk about the amenities, the services etc. was really bad.

I had only stayed there for a night. After whole day strolling at the GOA Beach I wanted to pamper myself with spa but when enquired at the reception they informed that service is not provided by them though it was mentioned when i was booking the hotel. This was the big turn off for me.

Breakfast spread was very limited and quality was very low. Refilling of the finished items was also very slow. We reached late and hence had to take the dinner at the restaurant. Terrible food quality and taste. Rooms were very dimly lit with non functional AC and TV remotes. Bathroom door nob was broken. Overall a below average hotel as compared to the others under the same brand.

We stayed in this beautiful resort for 5 days over the 2016-17 new year weekend and I must say it was a fabulous stay. The lovely cottages are placed within a lush green fauna around a beautiful pool. You can wonder and just admire the calm, peaceful climes of this place...!!! On the down side - they need to maintain the place better, clean the pool area and remove the dirty utensils promptly. Also, food quality needs to be majorly improved (especially breakfast). But I would still gladly recommend the place to you if you can ignore the minors above! Not to forget the very gentle and helpful staff - they even promptly arranged the hotel car for me to get medicines for my ailing wife, thank you so much!

Located few steps away from Benaulim beach. Newly opened bar. GM was quiet enthusiastic and personally paid attention to feed backs. He made special arrangements for our anniversary celebations (see pic). Food was overall good but breakfast spread was limited. Staff was overwhelming wrt care, arrangements and hospitality. They even care took our kid so that we can have food. Room decoration was amazing - cute little elephants. Pros- Location Amazing Food - Good Cons- No airport transfers

We couldn't fault this beautiful place. The setting was green and so relaxing to spend the day by the pool. The staff were attentive and helpful and served excellent cocktails! The food we ate there was really lovely, but we hired a scooter and went to the beach to eat a lot of the time for the sunset. The breakfast we had was good and had a range of different foods every day. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice rooms and courteous staff. Good restaurant. However, the restaurant serves limited menu and the taste is average. Also, the breakfast menu needs improvement. But the location of the resort is good. Beach is at walking distance.

Demo Trip There is only 18 rooms in this property on ground floor facing to pool. Makes no difference which one you get.
