As you can see I have put the comments as Terrible; and this is not for the Hotel as the same was cancelled, even though was completely paid by us during the booking and confirmed. I am wondering why at the first place, the hotel rooms were confirmed when there was no confirmation from the Hotel. 2nd : Why we as customer need to take a reciprocal approach to check the hotel details before departing and Non-availability of the hotel rooms was confirmed only at that moment; why it wasn't taken up proactively. While we have been on a long desired vacation, the entire plan was spoiled. In a worst case, I would be forced to accept that the rooms aren't available where the booking is confirmed. But having accepted this, why a similar accomodation at a near by location was not arranged where we intend to spend our holidays as had been planned several days ago. Why the alternate accommodation was provided much away from where we wanted to spend our time. i.e. the accommodation was provided at North Goa, while we had always been asking for the same at South Goa. Moreover, the hotel was not at all at par with what we had booked for. When we talk about the amenities, the services etc. was really bad.

I had only stayed there for a night. After whole day strolling at the GOA Beach I wanted to pamper myself with spa but when enquired at the reception they informed that service is not provided by them though it was mentioned when i was booking the hotel. This was the big turn off for me.

I travelled with my wife to this resort and stayed there for 3 nights in the month of February. Actually I had booked there other resort at benaulim but due to property issues from fern side my booking was transferred to fern gardenia. The place is somewhat 2 hrs drive from airport and 5mins drive to the famous palolem beach in south goa. The reception staff is very good and very cooperative. The rooms are good enough though after check in I had to change my room as the room I was given was not having proper telephone connection. Pros: 1. Located near national highway 2. 10 mins walk to the beach 3. Neatly maintained cottages 4. Nice supportive staff Cons: 1. Restaurant needs to be focused on as their food quality is not upto the mark 2. Pool bar need to be operated to get into the segment. 3. More manpower to serve the guests. Inshort, the stay was good as we didn't expected much but yes the resort has much more capacities to emerge on top from average ratings if they focus on their weak areas.

Cons: - Little far from the beach - Rooms are extremely small in size - Food is below average Pros: - Beautiful green campus and Wooden cottages - helpful staff (special mention: Rameshwari Desai) - calm and quite place - complementary drop and pickup to Palolem beach (9am to 6pm) - Food and drinks prices are much less than beach shacks - free wifi - Bathroom shower unit

A great location shame about the chalets which need a lot of tlc,it was once a nice place but it has been neglected.If they can updated it it will be a great place.Also get the breakfast sorted the staff there seem to be in a daze you have to keep asking for things like cups classes food that has run out. I don't know how trip advisor gives it a top ratting as they have not been there themselves or they ignore bad feed back

After staying at their other property at benaulim (fern beira mar), i had high expectations from this hotel but i was totally disappointed after reaching there,the rooms were extremely small but on request they upgraded us to the club room but still there was a frog in the bathroom which kept hiding behind the sink,the food was terrible, they had a very small menu & majority of the items they can not prepare, the hotel is approx 2 kms away from palolem beach and they provide free shuttle between from 10am to 6pm only so rent a scooter or take an auto from the beach which would cost around INR80-100.Staff is polite & helpful but still disappointed with this property.

Breakfast spread was very limited and quality was very low. Refilling of the finished items was also very slow. We reached late and hence had to take the dinner at the restaurant. Terrible food quality and taste. Rooms were very dimly lit with non functional AC and TV remotes. Bathroom door nob was broken. Overall a below average hotel as compared to the others under the same brand.

Demo Trip There is only 18 rooms in this property on ground floor facing to pool. Makes no difference which one you get.
