My stay in this hotel went as anticipated, there were no complaints whatsoever. It is a very well located property, the ambiance around was congenial. The standard room i stay in was basic. The staff members were helpful all the time, even the food served was up to the mark. This is an above average hotel, i will recommend it.

Hotel is located close to the beach. Our room was clean and neat with all the facilities. The staff were very friendly & professional. Hotel only serves vegetarian food they don't provide jain food so we had to go out to eat our food. We had used swimming pool, it was clean. It is value for money.

Location: It is right on the main road in Candolim. If you are coming from Calangute the sign is clearly visible but if you are come from Fort Aguada or Siquerim side there are high possibilities of missing it since the sign faces the opposite direction. It is very close to a super mart called Newtons. The beach is pretty close by about 5 minutes walk but you can’t see it from the hotel. Candolim is a pretty lonely beach so if you are looking for more action you should go to Calangute or Baga which is about 10 minutes drive. Room: We had actually expected a decent room since we had booked for standard A/c room but we were in for a pleasant surprise when we were moved into a suite complete with lounge, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and 2 balconies. The kitchen though had nothing in it except a sink and a counter slab. The bedroom had a well stocked fridge, A/c, bed, cupboard with hangers, telephone and TV. The TV did not have any channels working and although we complained nothing was done about it till we left. The sheets and towels were clean and changed regularly but we had to ask for soaps as they were not provided initially. Facilities: There was a swimming pool but we did not use it. I saw a massage room but they were all closed possibly because it was off season. The open restaurant was very basic. Food: The complimentary breakfast had only Tea/Coffee, toast, butter and jam. Anything else was chargeable. We did not eat at the restaurant but they anyways had just chicken, prawn and Bombay duck. My husband is a vegetarian and there wasn’t much choice for him. They charge extra for room service. Check-in and Check-out: there was no issue with that. We had reached late but our room was ready. Also if was during monsoon so there were just 3 boarders in the entire hotel. Although the check out time is 12 noon we had requested for an extension of an hour which was readily granted. Overall: It is an average hotel. There were no major issues but I would say that it was an average experience. I found it a little bit pricey compared to other hotels available at that time especially during monsoons.

Good Hotel.

Overall its a good experience. Breakfast options are limited and they only serve omlettes and toasts, which I feel can be improved. This Resort is however 3 Km away from the Candolim Beach. There was no newspapers and TV cable connection does not works. But the room and the swimming pool is really good.

Myself stayed at the hotel in the month of Oct-2016. Following are my observations. (1) Poor food preparation (2) Intercom not functioning (3) AC not functioning throughout night. Corrected myself thru temp Jugaad Rooms were not prepared though the confirmation was received 3 months before.

We stayed in one of the villa and the room was spacious and there was an attached living room with sofa, dining table, fridge and TV. The staff is friendly and do take care of cleanliness. There is swimming pool on the front side as well as where the villas are located. The dining area is pretty good too. The food was good but offered less variety. The property is quite big but I wish the place could be maintained as its falling apart in few places and the roads are all clobbered. But you will forget all flaws of the hotel since it is 5 mins walk from the Candolim Beach and it surely is one of the quaint and quite beach. Loved it to the core!! The hotel is extremely well located as all the beaches --- Calangute , Baga, Anjuna, Sinquirem can be reached within 20 mins. Also, the famous LPK and Sinq club is within proximity ---15 mins at most. Few tips from my experience: Try all the shacks and have food there since in hotel food you will miss the variety.

I stayed here as part of group of 8. We booked 2 suite rooms. Its nice budget hotel. Pros: - Excellent location - Just on main road but no issue of noise. Popular restaurants, Delfino's store are at walking distance. - Room was big - One bedroom and living room - Cleanliness was good - Decent sized swimming pool. Well maintained as well - Easy access to beach - Staff is very helpful - Facilities like - Pool table, place for small party are available Cons - Quality of food needs to improve - For dinner many items were not available - Did not mange large group for breakfast well Choose this hotel if you need budget option which is clean, accessible and bang in happening north Goa area.
