1 star hotel. Cheaters they are.

I will give zero star for this hotel. Photographs shown on their websites and actual room conditions are the worst. They are claiming that it's 3 star hotel but it's not worth for 1 star evem. My client has checked out from this property now. Hotel staff is rude and denying for refund for unused nights. Highly disappointed.

Stayed here in February for 3 weeks as the photos and description were just what we were looking for.
Sadly the photos must of been taken around 30 years ago.
Filthy , old and falling to bits. End of !

Disliked The promotional photos of the hotel appear to have been taken many many years ago when no doubt the hotel was up to its advertised standard. This is no longer the case, many of the rooms are shocking and the hotel is in a general state of disrepair. The pool is a health hazzard with many missing tiles on the floor, grime on the sides at water level and the water quality did not appear to be managed. There were only four sun loungers by the pool and these were old, grimey and not acceptable. Needless to say we did not use the pool at all. Around the hotel we found roofs in disrepair with many many loose tiles waiting to fall off, damaged concrete on stair wells, trip hazzards every where, pigeons nesting in vacant rooms and consequential droppings, boarded up windows, leaking toilets, shoddy electric fittings resulting in many power cuts, it is not a safe environment for cliental. The hotel we booked does not reflect the hotel we had to stay in in any way shape or form. On arrival we were offered a dungeon of a room, we declined, we were shown a further room and eventually, a third room was acceptable and better reflected our booking however, the toilet still leaked and during our stay, we had to ask for clean towels and toilet roll, bins were not emptied and water was not replaced. The advertised satalite channels on the TV did not exist as all we had was a message stating that the bill had not been paid and service had been discontinued. We will also add that we took our complaints to the manager on arrival and she agreed with everything we said, apologised and stated that she had only been there since January and that a complete overall was in the planning. It may change but it will take a long time. In the mean time, in our opinion avoid it.

Poor damp unclean rooms with mould
Bathroom tap and flush not working
No manager to attend to guest issues ,no customer Goodwill goal at all.
