The hotel was well located quite close to the calungte beach As per the website the hotel suppose to have a pool as well as a spa but when we reached there we learned from the front desk the pool is under renovation and the dia wasn't working ....... Our room geyser was not working too Breakfast was just ok very average Cleanliness was also just average Nothing great of an experience I would say

Stayed in this hotel from Dec 16 to Dec 18, 2016. Daily room rent for a kitchen size room was 2800 (booked via Makemytrip.com, equally responsible for this deal). I have never seen such a helpless manager as Mr. Rohit on that day, he just listened to everything without any reaction to my comments, absolute disaster he is. Few Highlight of my stay - Initially I was given room which is in the top, a room much like a store with smoking smell which I denied to stay in, later moved to kitchen six room near to pool. Speed of Wifi is 0.44 mbps ( a disaster). Airtel network doesn't work in this hotel (at least at reception and towards pool). Water bottle given of local brand. TV/dish was not working initially, later corrected. For two night stay, bedsheet was not changed. Entry to hotel is cramped, a SUV may struggle for a effortless entry. Property is not managed well , few pics attached. Hotel Breakfast was someone good. Everything else pathetic.

Had huge expectations from them as I have stayed in their colva property. Trust me..they have a lot to improve. This resort has a very ugly looking backside which really makes you think twice about your decision of booking a room here. First shock was to get stinking pillows n linens waiting for you after we checked in late at around 2:30 am. Were replaced by lesser stinking pillows by the staff. AC were not upto the mark. Furnitures looked aged and need some serious attention. Staff is courtious and wore a smile always. Breakfast spread is not that great. I would not recommend this hotel to others as you can easily find other options nearby in the same price range.

This is a total bait and switch. The place is like an apartment. Don't be fooled by the great looking photos. We walked in to check in. Stayed a few and left. The place wasn't as expected. There are no grounds to do anything. No where close to the beach. Very disappointed with this hotel. The pics show the front of the hotel and the 2nd and 3rd show the back of the hotel.. Night and Day

Stayed here for 2 nights in October 16. and following is my experience here. The location is decent, though far from all the main streets.. 1. Its a large property - A "serviced apartment " but definitely not a hotel for any standards. Room given to us was big but the and hygiene levels are very poor, old and dirty furniture. 2. Bathroom Towels are worn out.. hard and very uncomfortable to use. 3. The "Restaurant" seems to be an after thought.. no quality & service standards but yes the staff is humble.. 4. No SPA available.

Do read before you book! Highlights: 1. Asked for Rs. 1500 per room for early check in even when their rooms were empty and ready. 2. Standard Rooms end before it starts. Only 1 white lamp in the room with very poor lighting. Dirty bed linens and stained blankets. 3. AC was not working in 2 rooms. And they could not make it working within the duration of our stay. 4. Charged Rs. 500 for a bent key. Problem was with their lock. 5. Be ready to pay Rs. 1500 for extra bed in rooms which you have booked for Rs. 2000. 6. Don't rely on them for booking any car. They might tell you that the booking is cancelled when you are ready to leave and waiting at reception for your car. 7. Breakfast is terrible with very limites options and poor taste although the restaurant staff is good. 8. Swimming pool is a big turn off. Very small pool with a maximum depth of 3.5 ft. Detailed Description:: We had booked for a group of 10 people for 5 nights. The moment we arrived at their so called resort there was a disappointment on everyone's face. The hotel is built on a long and narrow plot of land with a very beautiful but inaccessible frontage and nothing on the back but rooms. They are in the hospitality business but service is of least priority to them. Utmost priority is money. They have a check in time at 1 PM. We reached at about 10 AM in the morning and we were asked to pay Rs. 1500 per room for early check in (the rooms which were booked for about Rs. 2000 per night). I have never come across a hotel which charged for early check in even when they have empty and ready rooms. We settled for Rs. 500 and requested for 1 room to freshen up. We faced another wave of disappointment when we entered their Standard Room. Rooms had very poor lighting with only 1 white lamp on a wall. It was like a B grade hotel room. Nothing was up to the mark - furnitures, bathroom accessories, curtains, blankets, bed sheets. Everything was disappointing in the standard room. Another great feature of this hotel is that you have to pay for early check in first and then only you can enter their rooms. You have to pay for extra beds first then only you will be provided with a room. We paid for 3 nights of extra bed @ Rs. 1500 per night out of our 5 nights stay as there were different booking ids for the rest of 2 nights. From the 4th day they started knocking us again for the extra bed payment. We requested for a room upgrade as the standard rooms were not livable. Again we had to pay Rs. 1000 per room per night and then only we were given the upgraded room. It was so annoying and irritating. They behaved in such a way as if we are going to run away without paying their dues. Another incident which I would like to mention is regarding the RFID cards provided in some rooms to unlock the rooms. In one of the rooms, we had misplaced the card and we requested for a replacement. Forget about the replacement, you have to pay a fine of Rs. 500 for the lost RFID card which costs mere 20-25 bucks. In none of the hotels across the world have I ever seen this kind of a money making policy. We were not given any replacement card, every time we had to ask the reception to unlock our room. Fortunately we found the lost card on last day and we didn't have to pay for it. ACs were not working in 2 rooms - 1 standard and another 1 BR living room. They could not make it working during the duration of our stay and they were not at all apologetic for this. On the last day we requested for waiver of extra bed charges of Rs 1500 for 1 night considering the non - functional ACs in 2 of the rooms. But again, as expected, they said we have to pay for the extra bed. We asked them how do you compensate for the non - functional ACs, they said NOTHING CAN BE DONE FOR THAT. On the last day of our stay, we had bookings for 5 rooms, but they kept saying we have booked 4 rooms only. We had to show them all the booking vouchers again (which was already sent to them on email with a detailed excel sheet prepared). If you have made different bookings for multiple night stays, they might ask you to present all your id proofs again and again. With a group of 10 people, it is very annoying to do the check in formalities again and again. It was overall a very disappointing experience with this hotel.
