A bit hickup, no network,worst wifi service, staff was a bit lazy, food had missing items, orederd rice didn't had papad, trip had included sight seeing but was charged for cruze tickets, as other people from different hotels had complimentary pass, ordered for desert first they said they have it and as again the item was missing was sent as complimentary order all over as per name and review it was an ok experience would not recommend much its good if you have less expectations.

We were 12 people staying in this hotel in 2nd week of july 2018. Stayed in room 305. 306. 307.308.309. Pros: comfortable beds in room. Nice AC. Tv also good. But sometimes tata sky would not work due to weather conditions. Cons: First of all the reception staff is very bad, the guy from mizoram. He knows no politeness on how to treat guests who are travelling from any part of country. Next thing is anything u want is chargeable as per the time of the day and season.... for example: i wanted dental kit and i was charged rs.30 now that is always suppose to be complimentary. In breakfast section: only 1 cut fruit. No fresh juice. And other things are just average. If you clean your tattoo by towel they will charge rs.100/- for cleaning charge of towel. Or if your bed sheet gets dirty by eating on it or by mistake by kids ypu will also be charged for bed sheet cleaning. If you are doing early checkout say by 5 am in the morning, they wont serve you the breakfast parcel also. Dinner was included in package and was not upto the mark. The selection of vegetables was pathetic. Swimming pool very small. Hardly covers 300 sq.ft. and restaurant accomodates 30 people at a time so sometimes u stand in waiting for getting your breakfast. Being a vivid traveller i dont recommend this hotel. But at the same time my friends from hometown were staying in Phoenix park inn hotel, ( we met on beach accidently and came to know) by his words i came to know that at almost the same price he got that hotel and he told us that services were good. Guys if you are travelling with friends , and if self respect and comfort doesnt matter then u should try this hotel. Many bachelors were staying same time, but not recommended for couples.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Nice and clean rooms and very quick service. The breakfast was too good and is perfect for family an friends. Small requests were also handled professionally. highly recommended.

I ll suggest u dont go in ds hotel better u live on road bt nt in ds hotel terrible response v took a mini towel n cleaned our tatto they charges 100 ruppes that much big hotel n our children cleaned tatto charged 100 ruppes worst hotel if v went in swmming pool n did little bt of wet they shouted like any thing worst hotel better dont go any 1

We stayed for 3 days only and had a really bad experience. Everything we complaint waited atleast couple of hours to rectifiy Very bad mantanience. Bad mangment Please do not book this hotel waste Of time... Not clear enough for a decent people. Bad guest service.
