the room was just amazing. the staff is very good and polite; never seen such a good hospitality in GOA in recent years of coming there. Very Healthy breakfast in the morning; room was so clean and tidy; quick response for lunch and dinner orders.very pleasant and smiling staff; great place to stay for the price we pay in GOA. just waiting to come back again soon!!! Cheeers guyz... nice job!!!

Fantastic experience at Hawaii Comforts. Almost 5 star stay at the cost of peanuts. If Hotel chains like this hotel start existing and render such service then WHY WOULD I OPT FOR 5STAR category hotels ever? I guess this single line of appreciation itself describes everything about this hotel.I have no more words to express my gratitude towards. Cheers!

This isn't a typical Goa hotel, due to the sparsely used beach and no shopping options. But I actually preferred this to the busier options. Bed was very comfortable. Finally a place that didn't have hard pillows! It's on a pretty quiet street, there is a beach about 100m away, but there weren't too people using it. Very clean rooms, and bathroom of high standard. Restaurant was very good.

When I book a hotel the three most important things for me are rude reception staff, filthy rooms and threatening hotels owners, thankfully Hawaii Comforts excelled in all these factors! How this hotel has received any positive reviews is beyond me, we have stayed in cheaper hotels in India and received exceptional customer service and hospitality. Although the hotel had its issues i.e. dirty rooms, in which we had to move due to bright yellow stains on the sheets and strong smell in the room, the fun all started when we handed in a bag of clothes for Laundry. After spending a fun day Kayaking in Goa we came back to our room with our laundry wrapped in paper on the bed and then the smell hit us, the clothes absolutely stunk of campfire smoke, so strong that if actually made you cough when you smelt it. I went down to reception to explain the situation to which the receptionist said there was nothing wrong with the clothes and the smell was due to the chemicals they use. I explained that this was difficult to believe as we have never experienced this issue in India and asked if they could rewash the clothes. They refused and said I had to go visit the Laundrette and complain to them as it wasnt the hotels issue. I then explained that this isnt acceptable as it is their supplier, therefore as a hotel it is their right to deal with the issue and not my responsibility to visit/talk to one of their suppliers. The rude female receptionist then stopped communicating with me and said it was not her problem, I then asked to speak to a manager in which she stated they didnt have one. I explained that it was unreasonable for me to pay for the service as I would have to pay someone else to rewash the clothes, as they were ruined. After a lot of back and forth she agreed to ring the business owner who would meet to speak to me at 3:00pm. It then got to 4:00pm and I rang reception and said when can I speak to the business owner and she pretended as though we hadnt had the conversation and said he wasnt available to speak to. I then went back down to reception in which she initially ignored me and then replied with a lot of attitude and said there is nothing wrong with the clothes and laughed with her colleague. I then received an unexpected phone call from what can only be described as a despicable human being i.e. Mr Vincy Shirgaokar the apparent Hawaii Comforts business owner. He shouted at me down the phone and said he had called the police to report that I hadnt paid my bill, in which I explained I paid when I checked in. He then said I had to pay for the laundry or he would make sure that I wouldnt be able to leave India and would have me put in Jail. He threatened that there would be consequences if I didnt go down stairs pay for the laundry (1,000 Rupees) and leave the hotel immediately. Very interesting that he decided to communicate via phone call and didnt have the decency to discuss in person. As you can imagine this was a shocking and intimidating experience and not something you would expect, nor want to experience in a foreign country.

I and my husband spent 3 nights in this hotel on November, 2015. The room we booked is sea-view. This room is very comfortable, spacious, clean, relaxing. The food in the restaurant is so delicious with various dishes. The service is great, staff are friendly and helpful.

Room was basic but AC was cold, water was hot and room was clean. Breakfasts every morning were free and very good. Our host and his staff were very attentive, cheerful and helpful. Great value overall. Goa would not be my choice to visit can rent a scooter for 300 Rs/day and get around very well... but, if I do, Hawaii Comforts will be seeing me again.

Good place to stay. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. Location is not that great. Its located in a narrow lane which ends near one boat parking sea end.You have a view of the sea from only one room i guess. We were disappointed coz the room we had booked online was not given to us on arrival. They have a good restaurant and the dauna paula beach is quite a distance from the hotel.
