the room was just amazing. the staff is very good and polite; never seen such a good hospitality in GOA in recent years of coming there. Very Healthy breakfast in the morning; room was so clean and tidy; quick response for lunch and dinner orders.very pleasant and smiling staff; great place to stay for the price we pay in GOA. just waiting to come back again soon!!! Cheeers guyz... nice job!!!

Fantastic experience at Hawaii Comforts. Almost 5 star stay at the cost of peanuts. If Hotel chains like this hotel start existing and render such service then WHY WOULD I OPT FOR 5STAR category hotels ever? I guess this single line of appreciation itself describes everything about this hotel.I have no more words to express my gratitude towards. Cheers!

For the price ! This is one of the best in Dona paulo . 1) Easy to Find 2) Reasonable sea view 3) Decent break fast 4) Good maintenance, service, response, food and room service. 5) Far away from party beaches like Baga, aguada fort, coz its on the other side.

The actual hotel itself is fairly modern and clean with decent facilities, the breakfasts were good and slightly different every day and their other food was good too. If you want your room turned round, however, you do need to leave your key at reception when you go out or it won't get done and the charges for room service were extortionate. What ruined it for my friends and I was the staff and the service we got from them. They were supremely unhelpful when we were trying to find out where we could get money or when the taxis we had asked them to call would be there, but instead of just saying they didn't know it would be "they'll be here in 5 minutes" over and over again until we'd be waiting for the taxi or accountant for nearly an hour at a time, wasting huge parts of our days. Another friend who was staying at a different hotel joined us for breakfast one morning and paid for it, yet the staff insisted on trying to charge us again for his breakfast. On the day we left they also tried to charge us for a window that had been broken in our room before we got there and which we had notified them of as soon as we had noticed it. They also tried to make us pay for bedding and towels with pink detergent stains all over it, claiming that it had definitely come from one of our rooms (although we never had any proof of that) and had been caused by the sun cream we'd been using (which did not make a pink stain on anything after the manager himself insisted on testing it). One of the female receptionists in particular got very shirty with my friends and I at various points - she could do with an attitude readjustment. She would say one thing and then insist that that wasn't what she'd said when we mentioned it later on, she cancelled taxis that we asked them to call, saying that she cancelled it because we hadn't asked them to call one, despite having asked her directly. She deliberately stalled us and gave us vague or unhelpful answers to our questions and then got very grumpy with us when we tried to get a proper answer, instead of saying she didn't know or asking one of her coworkers to help us. Frankly, the other staff members weren't much better, apart from one. Unhelpful staff with real attitude problems, noticed by other guests at the hotel too. A real shame because the place itself is actually fairly nice and not in too bad a location either.

This place is like home. Extremely courteous staff, exceptional food. We landed a little early and folks had no problem in holding luggage. In 5 minutes we got a 2 wheeler on rental and a map with interesting places marked. Strongly recommend! Buffet breakfast had lot of options: Corn flakes, chocos, Paratha and pav bhaji one day. Poori bhaji upma poha another day. All of it was top notch so yummy. They have got an exceptional chef and staffs continuously refill hot food. Strongly recommend. Stay here, you would enjoy it! Also they have quite a few specialy abled staff a salute for that. They all are so professional unless you try to ask a question you don't realize!

It was an wonderful experience with the hotel, we had luxury rooms, staff is extremely friendly, hotel owner is also very cooperative, overall a very memorable experience, food of the restaurant was really very good, over free breakfast buffet was awesome, we will definitely come back to goa and will definitely stay only in here

I had been here last month and my experience was really great. The rooms are great, staff is courteous, and the food is amazing. I, being a vegetarian, didn't have much options outside. But the chefs prepare amazing dishes and the buffet breakfast also has a great spread. They have new varieties everyday. Chef Daya makes awesome food. Ms. Roma, Mr. Pankaj and the best part of my trip Mr. Savio made the trip amazing for me. The owner Mr. Viraj helped us out with the amazing places for sightseeing. It was really great to spend 6 days at this place and the next time I come to Goa, I am surely gonna stay at this place again. Cheers!
