I stayed here twice in last 2 years. So u can say that there is something good in here. Hotel has a swimming pool, bar amd a restaurant. Food is good here. Especially the breakfast. Cleanliness is an issue. Room are not cleaned properly. U have to ask them to clean it properly. Calangute beach is not so far from here.

The hotel lacks in cleanliness.WIFI is available at a price,the price is much more than what service provider cos charge,if you argue the staff simply passes on bucks on MANAGEMENT, I doubt whether whether it exists or not. Facilities in Bathrooms are with broken glasses. They might be getting customers due to strong nexus with agents.They are sure that you are going to leave their premises before your scheduled dates hence demands all booking amounts in advance,issuing receipts of payments after writting "NOT REFUNDABLE". Room Service are also of poor quality with rude staff. Morning services only commence after 7.30 am.No parking space is also availble in their premises, If you want to park they demand separately for parking.Restaurant is there but make provision of half an hour extra for waiting time. It lacks in cleanliness also with respect to towels,bed sheets etc. I will never suggest such a hotel to anyone. I really wonder how JUST DIAL has given them 4 Stars !!!

The ambience of the hotel is beautiful. Its very near to the beach and market. Gives you the Goa feeling. The staff here is very friendly and cooperative. The food taste and quality is awesome. The rooms are very big and clean. Value for money is a 10 on 10.

A complete no no for anyone and everyone. The hotel is situated in the residential area and therefore it has to be as quiet as a classroom all the time, I travelled in a large group with my college friends where in the whole hotel was nearly booked by our group and even in that case there were instances of very rude behaviour from the staff of the hotel. The reception person was so ill mannered that when we came back with two of our female friends at the hotel who were staying at some other hotel the hotel indirectly called them as escorts and said such girls are the reason of raids that happens in various hotels. On being remarked by me that this is a feminist and a racist comment as both of them were from the north east the manager said sorry but this could not undo the ill treatment done by them. Also nothing in the room works. The air conditioners remote was there but didnt work. Someone came to change it went back and never came back during our 7 days of stay at the hotel. The washrooms lock wasn't there so we literally had to hold the gate while taking a shower. The extra mattress provided was not a mattress it was as thin as a quilt that was given to sleep on the floor. Also the road outside the hotel is a silent zone. And the guard of the hotel who was really kind and the only polite person at the hotel used to tell us to not talk on that road or the gangster and surrounding residents would beat us. Also the manager was drunk 24/7 on duty. If you still want to live in terror! And be silent throughout your goa trip then also I would suggest you to stay at temple or a school trust me they will let you make more noise then these people At delta residency.

The hotel completely sucks on every front. I went with my friends in January 2016. Their buffets breakfast and dinners are horrible and repetitive. The owner and the staff were extremely rude to us at several points. At one instance the owner barged into the room to shout at us for making noise (@8pm). The hotel is in a residential area and therefore you get the feel of being in a library where you absolutely cant make any noise even while parking your vehicles. The staff was equally ill - mannered. They called us at 11AM to ask us to check out else they'd charge us. (Hotels normally have the courtesy to inform a day in advance and give a call 1 hour before). A lot of them would even refuse service. Absolutely horrible place - spoilt our trip. You can get much better resorts at the same price :)
