My stay at the O hotel was not that great. I would not recommend people to stay there as I was not happy with the hotel. This hotel was quite different from the pictures on the website. Food was ok and the rooms were not that good.

My stay at the hotel was very nice. Service was good and the food provided was also quite nice. Overall the hotel is nice and clean but I would not recommend people to visit this hotel during rainy season as there were a lot of mosquitoes.

The hotel had very incompetent staff. They appeared bewildered right at the gate where they didnt know how to handle the guest luggage. No directions were provided to reach the reception which was a good 5 minutes walk down a zig-zag path. Despite enough staff, check in took a long time. Luggage took longer to come to the reception area from the gate. The room was dirty and dingy and not worth the high price paid they charged me for a night's stay. There were stains on the wall and no proper lighting so it was always dark. For some reason, there was no mobile network connectivity. Hotel is not worth the cost I paid.

Very clean & neat rooms. Friendly staff. Very convenient location at Candolim close to both Calangute beach & Fort Aguada. The hotel is right on the candolim beach. Highly recommended if you are with your family...

Average at Best Average at Best

We stayed here for 5 days and it was average at best. Definitely not a 5 start resort. We were suppose to have two beds in the room rocked up one bed in the room we stated this to the manager didn't help ended up putting in a kids cot into the room for a full grown adult. Breakfast was average dinner was good but ran out of a meal first night in and didn't have that meal for the rest of the week. Our shower overflowed into our bathroom so we had an inch of water all over the floor. Very attentive without actually being helpful. Good things it is close to the beach. As is every other hotel on the street. Def won't be back.

This place is rated as 4-5 stars it is far from it. It is average at best. If you want a relatively good hotel. This place will suffice. If you want luxury go somewhere else. This hotel gets 2-3 stars at most.

Reason I am writing this review so late is because I Have stayed in atleast 8 hotels in goa in various trips .Most of them 5 stars.but this one score light years ahead of them simply because of their staff and hospitality. Comparison wins with each hotel in that department alone .I think my type of traveller will fancy more of hospitality rather than Italian marbles and shiny rooms . Great going guys.

our 4th vist to the o hotel staff very friendly and couldnt do enough for you lovely grounds and a good location have to say hotel needs a refurbishment as gone quite tired and in need of a overhaul breakfast not as it used to be quite a dissapointment pool needs bit of work doing as many missing tiles regretfully dont think will be back next year unless there are improvments will try another hotel free wifi in every shack and restaurants we whent but had to pay at the o hotel think they have to move with the times seems a shame as we always had a great time at this hotel just seems its fallen below standards
