I stayed with my family for 5 nights last week. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and very well maintained. (Exception: The Ac's were leaking in the gallery making it un-usable. The area around the resort is also very well maintained. I had given 5 stars the last time i stayed, but reducing it to 3 stars due to restrictive nature of the resort. People come for vacation and are not bound to be working by the clock, - 10.30 Pm on wards No Tandoori dishes, No Alcohol (Only Beer is served). - Post 10.30 Am no South Indian food, - No main course dishes before 1 pm. etc. etc. There is no co-ordination between the waiters and the managers. They have fines for various things...(Though I fully support the reasons for the fines, but how can a hotel have FINES). NO WIFI in rooms & quality of TV reception is also very POOR. Mini Bar Fridge is provided only on REQUEST. (Not sure if they charge for it). Hand Towels (basic requirement) is only available on REQUEST. The pool was closed for maintenance, (unfortunate for me). Using Taxi Service is exorbitant & the hotel has no control over them, ideally hire a car and drive around on your own at about 1000 - 1500 or Bikes @ 400-500 a day. Would not stay here again, unless I don't have a choice.
