If you are on a business trip, the location of hotel is best. It is 10 kms from verna industrial estate. Hotel is opp Margaon Bus stand. Idle for business trips. Room qualities are good. Breakfast is also super.

Hotel was very good and staff was also very cooperative. It was a pleasant stay there. The hotel is situated at very key position in Margaon. Infront of this hotel state transport bus stand is there also fruit market and Inox multiplex is also there.

We arrived in Margoa at 7:30am, on the night bus and stumbled a few steps to a coffee shop to make a plan for the day. Turns out the cafe which makes awesome cappuccinos, is in the Sapphire Comfort Inn. The manager let us check in immediately at no extra cost. He gave us an executive suite with sitting area, ac, fridge, towels and yes.... toilet paper! Lol! The location is great, staff are friendly, room is clean and well equipped. If it's in your budget the $52 is well spent. Swarma shop in basement, cafe on main level and restaurant on 6th floor. 200 rupees to the Colva beach by auto rickshaw 100 rupees to the central market. Great convenient location.

This is a very centrally located hotel if you have work in Margaon side and/or travelling by bus. I came in by bus and had a return volvo from the KTC bus stand. This hotel is bang opposite. So no trouble finding and the staff is very cooperative. I really enjoyed the food here. They have a restaurant on the top floor which offers a great panoramic view and i think its teh admin building with the dome which looks brilliant from up there. Sunny, spacious and well lit. The restaurant did well on sea food for my partner and vegetarian for me. Theres also a cafe on the ground floor... all hotel linked so I had no problems of paying in this time of cash crunch in india. Overall its a good place and recommended.

The Hotel is located in South Goa opposite to Kadamba bus stand very easy to access with public transport Inox near by theatre 2 mins walkable Market 5 mins drive Room and washroom are clean and neat Staffs and room boys are very kind and helpful They give a grace period on check-out it's very helpful for ours 6th floor hotel restaurant food is Good and you can enjoy the food with mountain view We Had Fish thali is great Complementary breakfast is good with nice varieties RAVI - Person from the hotel was very helpful till our Start to End, he is very kind and gave a good guide about the area. While check-out we offer a tip for him but he don't accept it that's very good to see. Front Office girl (Paulu) I think she too very kind and helpful for our packing with smiling face After a check-out we visit market by via we gone to hotel again at the time we meet hotel GM with good conversation about is hotel, He noticed we are tried at the time so he ask me to use the room for refreshment that's really good Thank You, Had a Great time at Sapphire
