key features : 1)Great proximity to Madgaon railway station 2)Reasonable breakfast quality (however have just 3 items exactly same every day: bhaji pav, egg omlet bread & bread butter jam).The breakfast was complimentary. 3)Reasonably clean.Service seem very lithargic.The very first morning suddenly water supply stopped.At 8am there was no one at the reception and after I waited for 12 minutes one young lad appeared brushing his teeth.Water supply was restored after 20 minutes. 4)We stayed for 2 nights and they changed our bed linen every day 5)They have their veg and non-veg restaurant of their own but other than breakfast we didn't taste any other food items.On arrival we ordered tea which was cold and we had to ask for fresh cup of tea.The tea quality was not good. 6)The staff at the canteen was quite courteous

This is the first hotel we have not stayed in our lives despite having prepaid. It's horribly close to being a prison block with about as much charm as wormwood scrubs although we suspect the facilities are not as good. The building is some kind of 1930's construction with I'm guessing no maintenance since then. The room was filthy there was no towels or toilet paper. The only residents that seemed to be happy were the pigeons who lived inside the hotel and took great delight on deficating on you as you went down the stairs. That sums up the welcome you get here. It was a classic case of too many managers not being able to manage each other.

The owner Mr. Kashyap Sincre is very friendly and makes you welcome to his hotel he will go out of his way to help you out. I think at present he does not run it as a hotel but lets out the rooms to a college.

Demo Trip Ask for rooms back side of the hotel and also on 2nd floor where rooms are more spacious.Even 3rd floor rooms are good enough in size.
