The hotel is perfect for family travel. Staff is extremely good and courteous going out of way to make you comfortable. The kid activities program won over our kids. - Breakfast was good. - However, dinner was disaster almost a Gujrati affair. Non-veg option were big Zero. Veg is disaster with duplicate in jain variety. - Happy hours in bar lounge was good but policy for same drinks(for one on one) even if they were priced same. Over all a remember able experience for family with(Thanks to Milendra, Elvis, Santosh, Shilpa etc.).

Very bad experience- room provided was stinking and unhygenic. The staff at reception behaved cold and rarely a smile on their face. We felt unwelcomed. I would not recommend to any one.

We had to ask for everything from the house keeping right from soaps to bathrobes, , the service din seem 5 star and even the parking was open in the sun and the car used to get pretty hot while parked, overall experience is just okay.

Broken Thermos, Rusted Lamps, Delayed service, Inflated bills marked our weekend stay at Zuri. It appears that they are happier to see Foreign visitors staying with them. Guard manning the beach side entry/exit was rude and unpleasant. Couple of people in the reception were nice. And that was the ONLY good thing. Strongly recommend another resort in South Goa or North Goa than Zuri.

So I went to this place on 23rd Jan with family which includes my Mom,Dad and my brother and stayed there for 5 days. We booked two Superior rooms which were spacious,pool facing.On entry you get a free Mocktail after which you are assigned the room(s). Now coming to the property. The property is quite big compared to some of the resorts in North Goa and you have access to the beach from the resort.It's like 5 minute walk through garden which itself is very relaxing.At beach you can use their beach loungers with the shade.Their restaurant is nearby, so you can order drinks or food from there.Now if you are looking for shacks nearby then you are going to be disappointed.There are two shacks nearby which are like 2 minutes walk from the resort but if you already have been to shacks in Goa then you will be disappointed.Food is just okay,service is poor.Although there are few shacks further ahead which do offer better options. Also the food you order in room is quite bland.I understand that because most of tourists are foreigners there, but still the food can be better for even that and the price you are paying.Although the breakfast buffet is really good both in taste and variety. Besides the above I am listing couple of Do's and Don't for this hotel. Hope it helps. Dos: 1.Make sure you carry an Odomos cream/spray/gel. Although the staff try their best to take care of mosquito issue but that's not enough.Also when on beach use it. 2.Keep the doors locked everytime otherwise mosquitos will come inside. Dont's: 1.Book a cab from hotel if you are planning for sightseeing as they are very expensive. Instead I will recommend that you book it online/on-call from various Taxi Service Providers in South Goa.They are cheaper than hotel and you can call them directly at the hotel.

Had spent a long weekend there for a friend's wedding. Very good place. The food spreads were super. Lovely to have a beach adjacent and the property is well spaced out. The way to rooms could get a little confusing thought when one is in a very big group like ours.

Amazing place for a relaxing time in Goa. Situated right at the beach the hotel also has two swimming pools as well as a variety of outdoor games. Loved the place and would love to go back sometime soon.

A nice property to enjoy holiday. A vast open space to wander, a clean private beach what else do you need for leisure holidays? And relish mouth watering food all the time with different cuisine. Just enjoy hustle free Goa.

Not good,the building is in need of a serious upgrade. All the attention goes on the grounds and wedding parties,guests Come second. Some fantastic staff,what a wasted asset they are ,without them this Hotel would be dull. Pool and reception along with room attendants fantastic. Breakfast food so basic for English guests,all good for others. A serious mosquito problem all around with the rooms being worst. Will not be returning.
