Ticlo Resorts

Very good resort. Reception staff is very humble & generous to fulfill all my requests. This Resort is located closer to Calangute beach, just 5 mins walk from resort. Also very near to auto & taxi stand & bus stand. Swimming pool is neat & clean. Rooms are very well maintained & clean. Overall we had a very pleasant stay with my family. Definitely recommended for people looking for a stay near Calangute & Baga beach.

Ticlo resort service is amazing and the staff I.e Mr Vijaybhai,Prashantbhai, and Joshibhai’..etc are very familiar and co residents persons and whenever you want to be spend a time in Goa you must be reserved your booking at Ticlo resort in Calingute’ Mr Prashant Sir and Mr Vijay sir always ready to be help and kindness for the visitors’ So please meet Mr Prashant sir at the resort

1) Rooms- Beds were broken, mattress and flooring were Uncleaned. No lash/lock system in wash doors. Chosen executive room but not to the mark as per the price. Would rate 2/10. 2) Service - .Staff were very polite and helpful.10/10 Extended stay for a day request at reception to change the room in deluxe -They denied saying no vacant. .Food taste was great in breakfast 8/10 . No cab service provided for offline booking. . Provided bike service and auto service for travel convenience which was paid seperately. 3) Location - Geographical wise it was easy to reach at the resort.

Pros: I recently stayed at Ticlo resort and had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious. Great Experience with Excellent Food, Cleanliness, and Friendly Staff. Location is close to calengute beach. Cons: Linen /bed /towel quality is not up to the mark, very old, I believe they can do better.

Disappointing Return to Ticlo Resort After 14 Years Rating: 2/5 I visited Ticlo Resort 14 years ago and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, my recent return was a letdown. The service, which was once exceptional, has significantly degraded over time. *Positives from my previous visit (14 years ago):* - Friendly and attentive staff - Clean and well-maintained facilities - Excellent food quality - Beautiful surroundings *Negatives from my recent visit:* - Unresponsive and unfriendly staff - Rooms and common areas showed signs of wear and tear - Food quality had declined - Lack of maintenance and upkeep *Disappointment:* It's disheartening to see a once-great resort decline so significantly. The changes were noticeable, and it felt like the staff had lost their passion for providing excellent service. *Recommendation:* While Ticlo Resort still has potential, I wouldn't recommend it until they address their service and maintenance issues. Perhaps a revamp or new management could restore its former glory. *Suggestions for improvement:* - Staff training and motivation - Regular maintenance and renovations - Quality control for food and services
