Good beach vacation... Good beach vacation...

Been there in last week of 2016 with family (spouse and a 6 year old son). Spent great time in the beach. Pros: Very good location Access to the beach through their private area. Food to some extent Got better deal through some offer in a travel site (2.5k) pet night Cons. Lack of cleanliness in room No wifi in room and you won't even get mobile signal. Not enough parking space No travel desk. office person and security has tied up with local guy, parked their vehicles in hotel parking area and call it as travel desk. That guy was so rude and arrogant. Don't every try. Instead walk a bit till the road and take auto. I got the room in offer otherwise not worth to spend 5-6k per night.

1 ) First of all there was some issue with the booking from cleartrip, I just called the hotel to check if my booking was confirmed but I got to know that it was not done due to double booking. Then I called the hotel asked if something can done they told they will upgrade my room to superior executive instead of executive which I had booked originally. 2) when we checked in we were given executive room instead of superior executive room, I was ok with that as I paid only that much. But the room was located in the shabbiest building of the hotel and rooms were also not that clean. They were spiders in the bath tub, which I had to remove them before using it. 3) There is no hot water in the bathroom, we waited for an hour or more then someone came to repair it, which was not repaired at the end. 4) Breakfast was really bad, only cornflakes and bread and butter was good. 5) They had no complimentary water bottles 6) The only good thing about the hotel was its location as it was really near to beach, just 5 mins walking and had a private area which opened to the beach directly and plenty of shacks near by to eat till late night. 7) The pool was clean but did not use it. 8) we were there for 3 nights, they cleaned my room just once, I asked on the second day again to make my room and also called them but they did not clean it till evening. As we came back from beach it was full of sand. 9) we ordered tea in the morning but they took 45 mins or more for the same. we ordered once in evening but they gave it in 20 mins. 10 ) we did our dinner once in the room which was good. 11) Very very poor internet service it did not reach to our room at all.

We went as a group of friends and booked 3 rooms via trustworthy agoda. We faced no issues with checkin or checkout. Stay: * * * * Rooms were good with balcony. The property is a little old but still pretty good if you are not expecting 5* stay.The pool was clean. From what I know Tvs were working, if you have both beach and pool nearby, why would you wana watch tv?. You can always review your rooms once you checkin and contact reception for any problems, they were very responsive to all our queries and issues. Taking away 1 * because water flow in bathroom tap was low and drinking water bottles were not complimentary and you had to call to order although they were very quick with all the service. Location: * * * * * Beach is just 2-3 mins away which is the best part. Beach was clean and less crowded here. Lot of shacks and places to eat on the beach and near the resort. We did not hire bike and everything was pretty near, Tito's lane, Britto's is walkable, many good restaurants and shopping stalls in walking distance. Food: * * * * * The in house restaurant is really good. Breakfast is buffet but limited items. In our 3 day stay, one day breakfast had wada, bread and corn flakes, another day it was idly sambar and bread, and last day it was poori sabji, bread and cornflakes. Omlettes were also included in this. The only issue I faced was that apart from buffet if you need any item for breakfast you can order only after 10:30am, it was still manageable for us. The pancakes were very good. Even for lunch this place was very good. Overall, loved the place, would definitely stay here next time. Responsive, courteous staff.

We planned to stay here for three nights but ended up staying for just one. Breakfast was just two dishes and unsatisfactory experience on the whole. For the price, the room was badly equipped and the TV wasn't working. Would not want to go back.

Less crowd is the only Advantage. Less crowd is the only Advantage.

Well my case is different. We booked This Resort of our recent stay in Goa via Travel Guru. We even confirmed the booking with Travel Guru and with Vila Goesa before going to Goa. To our surprise on the day of check-in we were told we don't have any bookings in there. They lied on our face that we did't had booking but when we confronted with the confirmation which we received on telephone to that they wanted to know the person whom we spoke to. Well i believe they cheated us and gave our room to some other guy. After enquiring they agreed to give two rooms to us for one day. First they did't had any rooms but after some time they agreed to provide us two rooms. Well that was blessing in disguise for us that we left this resort. Rooms are Okay... service is pathetic... Even water is chargeable.... Breakfast is a nightmare... with Upma and Bread Pakoda with tea thats it.... Not going to stay ever in Vila Goesa.... I managed to get room in Candolim Cygnett Inn Celestiial... which was more professional with beautiful rooms and just a walk to Beach....

Demo Trip Cottage rooms are closer to the beach. There are rooms with swimming pool access as well.
