For travelers who need an affordable and reasonably good hotel in GOA: We checked in on 25th Dec (supposedly a peak time for GOA) and checked out on 29th Dec. We had 3 rooms. Looking at the time, this looked pretty reasonable in terms of per night charges and overall ambience of the hotel. If you book it through OYO, it is called 183 Baga Beach. **Please do not compare it with 4-5 star hotels as it is not reasonable. Location: This is located on the Baga-Calangute road pretty near to Tito's lane. It is walkable distance from Baga Beach (appx 1 KM). and it is not distant from main road either hence the locations can be called very good. The hotel gives you a reasonably ok terrace view but nothing much to excite about. Amenities: The hotel provides you free parking, swimming pool (reasonably ok size) and complimentary breakfast in an average looking restaurant (However, poolside tables are still good to have food and enjoy the outside sun and wind). Wi-Fi though not claimed but can be availed if requested. Cleanliness Rooms and bathrooms are pretty clean with no visible hygiene issue. Linens, blankets are good and do not stink at all. Yet, I did not like the towels because those had strains on that. Room Service: This proved to be the biggest disappointment for me due to the fact that the room service is pretty slow. I had to follow up for things on multiple occasions. Two major issues: 1. Our rooms were not cleaned one day and had to remind next day to clean. 2. I was with my kid who needed Milk, I ordered it and majorly did not get it unless made 2-3 follow ups every time. Food Quality: The biggest plus of this hotel is its food quality which definitely tastes good with reasonable / less spice. The food rate is also reasonably cheap. The morning breakfast though does not have many choices but the items are pretty tasty and can be used as a brunch. Staff behavior: In general the staffs are pretty good.

Bad hotel.. I think a lodge would be a better option.. Bugs n cockroaches all around... Room service was bad.. Washroom was dirty and flush did not work well.. Tried to cancel the booking but the owner and the receptionist were least bothered.. Bed sheet had blood stains on them.. Need i say more??

DO NOT STAY AT FAB HOTELS. I cannot stress this enough. I had my booking confirmed on 6th Jan for a stay from 24th to 26th Jan. I called on 23rd to reconfirm and get a shocker that they are shifting me to another hotel due to some "maintenance" issues. Here me again - They inform me about this when I call them, not the other way around. I wouldn't accept this stand and told the call center exec in no uncertain terms. He said he'll reconfirm in half an hour. I also called Nearbuy/Groupon (through whom I booked this hotel) and they put their hands up telling me to deal with the hotel directly and it was not their problem. I did not hear from the Fab Hotels exec in half an hour or through the night so I land up at the hotel anyway only to be told that they're booked and this hotel called "Krishna Sai" something was a franchisee for Fab Hotels and they had no tie up as such and my booking stands void. I call Fab Hotels and they apologise and tell me they can accommodate me in another hotel which happened to be 20 kms away from where I had planned to stay. Having no option (along with 3 other couples who's booking was also cancelled) we accepted under the condition that we will need transport for all 3 days of our stay, something that was conditionally and begrudgingly accepted by the hotel. The other hotel was not a Fab Hotel franchise and barely had any amenities like a TV - but we sucked it up and stayed nonetheless. People like these shouldn't be in the hospitality industry and I hope they're out of business soon.

This place is located very close to some of the most exciting beaches in GoaWe had a pleasant stay. The rooms were nice but the furniture and the amenities need to be maintained properly as they were dusty at placesService was amazing, very helpful staffWill recommend friends and relatives

I stayed at FabHotel Baga I. The hotel room in in which I stayed was nice, clean and well decorated with matching furniture along with a balcony which gave nice outside view....For me, the factor which highly matters is condition of bathrooms. Here the bucket, mug and other bathroom accessories were stain free and shining. ...a really nice budget hotel.
