If ur budget is low and if u want room for just stay u can opt these hotel.Services here is very bad.when we wnt there there were only one helper he also refused to take our luggage to the room which was on 3rd floor by saying that "mein akela subah se kam kar rahan hoon".location is good just next to miramar beach.they have bathtub on honeymoon suites which had been attached with huge terrace and balcony.There is no restaurants so forgot about food and swimming pool as well.the only thing about the hotel is the Location.

I highly recommend everyone to never visit this place at all even if its for free. I have never come across such a rude owner of a guest house. We booked our rooms from goibibo and had booked 1 standard AC room and 1 super deluxe room and the payment was done accordingly but when we reached there they out rightly denied to provide us the super deluxe room and were giving us the standard rooms only for the high rate. When we rejected their offer and asked us to give a reason for such mishap, they called the owner and the owner ordered the staffs not to give us any room at all and asked us to leave. Hence we called Goibibo and when their representatives tried calling the owner, the owner switched his phone off. Finally we asked atleast to give us 1 standard room which we booked and they even denied that also. We all reached to the hotel after our water sports and we were all drenched. Finally goibibo made our booking in another hotel.

I booked my room well in advance before my stay. I booked a super deluxe room and when I reached the hotel, the guys at the reception tell "Sir we have no rooms available".... wow they probably gave my room to a foreigner who paid some more bucks. I speak to the hotel owner who does not sit at the hotel. So I speak to DARSHAN..instead of helping me and finding a solution, DARSHAN tells me "I don't have rooms, its not my problem you have a booking... you have booked through goibibo, contact them and cancel your booking." what an awesome customer experience.... The only reason I booked this hotel in the first place coz I was in goa to attend a friends wedding and this place was close to it. but due to all this mess i ended up missing the wedding as well. DARSHAN.... I hope you are reading this and I am awaiting your rude reply as it was on the phone when I spoke to you. and I will be happy to reply on your post as well. guys please do not book this hotel.... you have tons of options in goa and specially ard this hotel.... this hotel sucks at customer service and will not care about your booking if they get higher price elsewhere. Put this hotel on your blacklist and avoid at all cost. At my end I will ensure to follow up with goibibo and take serious actions against the hotel and DARSHAN. Regards, Roshan

Decent place to stay for the price.nothing great about the place.will have to adjust without TV or AC or WiFI. No service from the staff also.Rooms and very large but does not have any amenities.just a 2 min walk to the beach which is a less crowded place.recommend if on a budget

We had booked two rooms at the place for 1 night, since we had to attend a wedding nearby. We had booked a super deluxe room through a travel websirey, but when we turned up, we were told that no deluxe rooms are available and only standard room is available. They didn't even have our bookings noted I their records. When we showed then our booking details, the two ppl at the desk connected us to their owner, Darshan. This was one of the most rude and aggressive persons we have ever come across in the service industry. He said no deluxe rooms are there now since they've given it to others, so take what we have or get lost. We asked him that its not right, and at least they should compensate for the room fare difference. To this it seems Darshan took offence, and shouted at us to cancel the rooms and go away. He even instructed his staff not yo handover any room keys to us. We were late for the wedding, so asked them to give us any room, or even just one room so we can get ready and leave, but the staff simply carried out their owner's instructions and refused to give us the rooms. One of them even confessed that they had few foreign tourists who came earlier ready to pay a good price, and hence they gave the super deluxe rooms to them by since they paid almost double the rate. This was even though we had a 100% paid and confirmed booking for 2 rooms. We called our travel agents and even when they tried calling Darshan, he didn't receive any of their calls. Needless to say, we missed the wedding, which was the sole reason for our trip to Ashvem. Our travel website booked us an alternative hotel in another part of Goa to make up for this mishap. But we'll make sure we or our friends and family never set footwear this place again.
