A very neatly maintained, budget hotel; good value for the money.
Rooms are very small - practically very little space other than the bed space..... those looking at a hotel mainly for spending the late evenings and nights, the room should be very comfortable. The hotel offers free wifi.
It has an attached restaurant, that has very tasty food and a good ambiance.
Service overall is very good.
From a location perspective, it is located on the main road very close to LG Chowk. IT is a distance to any shops or malls - nearest shopping area is about a couple of kms away.
Had an opportunity to stay at this hotel for 15-20 days on official trip. Its adjacent to LG corporate office because of which many LG employees get to stay here.
This hotel is a part of ibis group. But compared to ibis Chennai, where I had stayed before, the rooms were small. Actually was surprised on the first day, searching for a wardrobe to keep my clothes, which is very basic expectation. The rooms were very small, with hardly any space to move around and 2 plywood planks of the size of 1-2 feet, which were the so called shelves. The housekeeping job was average as they forgot to replace my towels/ soaps couple of times.
Room to room calling facility is one thing that lacked as we were many of us who had to communicate some time or the other. Everytime, we had to call the reception who then would connect the rooms.
Even though, the room rent was low priced, the food at Swagath restaurant and laundry service were exorbitantly high with added taxes in the food part which added to huge bill.
And there are no decent shops/ market anywhere around 1-2 kms. We were forced to dine at the restaurant scaring to fight against the severe cold and dense fog by going 2 km outside. The breakfast buffet has hardly anything to think about. Having stayed for 15-20 days, I can surely say that menu repeats every 4-5 days which can be normal. But if there is no spread of items, it is really difficult. I have stayed in other business budget hotels in metros and non metros. But nowhere, I have seen the breakfast so less spread. The waiters always welcome you with a smiling face and look after you very well. This hotel is ok for guests visiting for 1-2 days, but not more.
Being a budget hotel small room and limited amenities was expected. But what was not expected from one of the flagship budget brand of Accor Hotels was non working vending machines (was told that it was non operative for over a month; a note on the machine said 'sorry for inconvenience, machine will be operational by 15th Nov', my stay at the hotel was on 2nd Dec).
The lobby had a small outlet selling sandwiches, chips, chocolate, drinks etc., but will take cash only and the bill cannot be added to the rooms, so that one can pay it all together at checkout. I understand that the outlet must be an outsourced one but the hotel management need to ensure that either the outlet accept card/e-wallet payment or the changes can be added to the room.
Only 5/6 dedicated car parking bays at hotel, so most of the car were parked in the driveway. Rooms didn't had eyehole on the doors, so if someone knocks at your door, you need to open the door to know who it is. Acoustic in the rooms were poor, till late into the night, loud noise from the corridor was seeping into the room. Light levels in the rooms were poor, no lamp/light on the desk to work.
So overall a below average experience. Would I recommend this hotel to someone else, probably not.
Best one of budget hotels, neat and clean well maintained, good staff & satisfied service best for official stay, specially interior is too good, i m impressed with formule1 , i suggest friends if they are in greater noida book here
This hotel is good enough to stay if you travel alone. The price is quite cheap. According to that, everything just good enough if you want a place to sleep over. First of all, the size of the room is big enough for one person, bad room is quite big, I can say that it is quite comfortable. But the most thing I like this hotel is free wifi, you can ask them wifi whenever you need, moreover, the connection is very good so you don't need to worry about it. That are the good things I can tell you about this hotel. And about badness, I have many things to tell you about it. First of all, receptionists are hardly ever smile with their guest. Second, we need to carry your luggage by your own self. Third, food isn't diversified, hardly any options in breakfast, only a couple of dishes, moreover, we usually have 2 dishes for the breakfast. With these badness, I will never come to this place again.
