Very polite staff. Good atmosphere. A little disappointed that they did not locate my wrist watch that I forgot in the room.

Hotel is nice and cozy. Very nice location but only thing they need to improve on is the service which is very slow and eating options are also very limited.

It was a horrible experience with this hotel. Room was not cleaned properly, bed sheet and pillow were dirty. Food was tasteless. Staff used to take 1 hour to serve the food in the room.

It was an expensive hotel and they charged me even for the complimentary sight seeing. The management was rude and the staff was not responsible. I stayed in the deluxe room but I didn't find it s special. The food was also quite common. The location was suitable but it was total loss in staying with this hotel.

We were very disappointed with our stay in this property. The room was decent but the bathroom here was very congested, it was very inconvenient for us. The food quality to was to up to the mark. The staff members though were well behaved. But overall this was a below average stay.
Ive stayed here for more than 3 days and Ive never felt more at home, all staff was super helpful especially Lateef Mushtaq and Wasim and the rooms were extremely comfortable. The view from the room are good too as well as the food. You should definitely consider staying at Fortune Retreat.

Very Good Hotel,good location, Staffs are so good. The food are delicious, We spent New Year Eve there.The Room Service is excellent, just the toilets are in very bad condition. On my Daughters birthday on 31/12/2020 Mr.Javid The restaurant manager prepared testy cake for us. Overall Good Experience

The rooms are nicely designed but very small as compared to shown in pictures.Heater was on the entire time which was great.Food is not good at all. Housekeeping staff is very helpful. Location is good but there are no rooms with good view.

Very beautiful and serene place. The staff was very cordial especially Wasim Sidaq. He provided us with the best hospitality. The room is spacious and comfortable. The food is amazing and chef is very humble. The lounge is a good place to chill.

Superbe team. Imran at the reception is highly skilled to solve any problems. Javaid and team in the restaurant are so welcoming and the dinner buffet is one of the best in gulmarg with a blend of Kashmiri cuisine. The cook is super generous. The service is first class. You really fill special as a guest and this is what you want in that range of hotel prices. They are amazing with the kids.
