Great Hotel at the price offerred. Visting second time in 1 year. Apparently the Management has changed and services have improved a lot. Was offerred a complimentary breakfast which was dilicious. Comfortable stay. Highly recommended for budget travellers.
Hotel is now run by new owners, improved a lot both professionally & interiors also..

They keep on changing the name of they hotel so beware, rite now the name is ALMATI. Booked a room for 2 via Oyo , the name on Oyo is 674 moulsari Avenue, though being an Oyo premium hotel, it is very poorly managed.
FOR OYO USERS
They differentiate between Oyo users and normal users. I booked mine through Oyo.
I booked a room for two, on entering I inserted the card key in the card Holder and the Holder fell down (pics attached). They just provide you with one small soap THATS IT!!!! They won't give you anything else. Two guests but only one water bottle, Table lamp does not work, AC runs on 22 degrees, you cannot increase or decrease as the remote is not in working condition. The condition of the room was pathetic, lighting is not proper. There is no thing such as room service.
Went for a conference to Gurgaon and booked a room. In spite of booking being done about 2 months beforehand, I was said that there were no rooms available when I went there. When asked about how could it be they said they will make an arrangement and they gave me a room under renovation in the top most floor which had no TV, n o hot water facility and was very dusty. They said they would change my room but was not done in the 5 days I stayed giving me one or the other stupid reason making me wait in the lobby for 1 hr daily. Tired after the day would get back and relax and wait for the next day for a change in room. But in vain. The reception staff are clueless about the rooms and the keep on asking each other about the rooms, making a good tamasha annoying the guests. Would never visit the hotel again. Had a horrible time staying there.
I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights (11th - 13th October, 2015) with my mother who was just operated 2 days back.
I found this hotel very clean, house keeping is excellent. Good comfortable rooms.
The only thing that pissed me off is the service.
On the first night, I ordered for dinner at around 9 PM and told them specifically that I have a patient with me, who will need to take some medicines post dinner. So, I requested them to deliver the order as soon as possible.
The person at the other end told me that it will take around 15 minutes and I was okay with it. So I waited till 9:30 and called them again to enquire about the order. They told me that the order is almost ready and would be delivered in next few minutes.
I kept waiting at my room and called them several times but nothing moved. Frustrated, I came down to the restaurant at around 10:30 PM leaving the patient alone in the room to settle the issue.
At the restaurant, I was told that my order was never delivered to the kitchen staff and hence not prepared. Moreover since it's already 10:30 PM most of the items like Chicken are over and I have to take whatever is available in the kitchen.
So, finally at around 11:00 PM, I and my mother was offered the left offer food in the name of dinner and we had to take it as I didn't had any other option.
Next day, when I ordered lunch, the operator at the other end told me that it will take 1 hour to be delivered. Now this is shocking arrogance. Just because you erred last night and probably had got a mouthful from your senior because of you, you can't delay my order.
Luckily, the lunch took much lesser than 1 hour and that is the last time I ordered food during my stay in the hotel.
Apart from these 2 incidents, my stay was uneventful. Another disadvantage of this hotel is location, but then make it up with boards directing people from the main road and also by offering a drop to the airport.
