I booked a room for my family in this Hotel. I find it well maintained and it provides the good facility. Also, it is located near to sector 14 market so , you may get the place to hang around, shop and eat as well. The only thing which was a bit down points is the delay in room service which is even not that bad. So overall my parents stay with pretty good. They also provide complimentary breakfast , bed tea and free mineral water.So I would definitely recommend this for family stay and best to reach out to metro , mg road mall and sector 14 market area,

This hotel is nothing but running an unethical business to keep customer's hard earned money without providing any services. What can be more unethical than this. I made a booking with Goibibo but denied check in in this hotel as my id belonged to delhi and another from meerut. Even the cheapest property provides check in for delhi ids than how come i will get to know about this particular hotel policies which is out of this world. Why I would have booked this hotel if i was aware of such strange policies as i booked different hotel in same area and got check in easily with same details. Asking for refund they told I should contact Goibibo and if they speak to the owner of this hotel we will refund the amount. Later They denied refund. I ask do they feel pride about this that they kept someone's money without providing even the single service? Shame on you for this. Doesn't matter what the reason is you people should charge for the provided services else not. Free money do not last for long. This is totally unethical and even worst method than begging. Moreover their staff is rude enough to ask you even a glass of water leave about other hospitality. I will never recommend this hotel as there are plenty of other good options in the same area.

I have checked in by night. The service was great rooms were okay not excellent but good. It was really good at the price they offered. I have stayed there for one night overall the experience was good. But very limited breakfast spread. Positive point is it is near by market not too far.only the problem I have faced was feeling cold and by asking heater they didn't had any... in fact into the winter they must have. Rest was fine, I shall recommend as a budget hotel

My stay was ok ok, Its a value for money deal, though its a budget place - kind of value for money. Compl. breakfast was restricted to few items, rooms were good but need to take care of the hot water. Heater facility could be added on.

The hotel is in Old gurgaon area, but locationally very close to the IFFCO Chowk area of Gurgaon, which is the central business district. Plus point is that there is the sector market within 200 meters, in case you need to purchase anything. The rooms are well maintained, decor is okay, and floors are laminated. Rooms are spacious for this price. The rooms do not have windows or any vent. What could be improved is the bathroom, which is too small and bathing area not well demarcated. This results in water spilling to entire bathroom. The size is so not in proportion to the room size and needs to be improved. Wifi is unlimited, but unfortunately, I had a harrowing time accessing it from the ground floor room. Do not stay in a ground floor room. Service was very slow. I had to wait for nearly an hour on my 1st day of stay for dinner after placing order. This is really frustrating. Food is average. Breakfast spread is not satisfying. I got a drop to office and airport transfers included in the regular room tariff and that was a plus. Pros: Location, Pricing (Not too low though), Room size Cons: Wifi accessibility, Slow service, Small bathroom, Poor availability of cellphone network in the hotel Space for immediate improvement => Service, Room lighting
