Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Housekeeping Service "I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my experience truly enjoyable. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, and I want to especially appreciate Chandra Mohan for his dedication and professionalism. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a spotless and welcoming environment made a real difference. Chandra Mohan went above and beyond to make sure my room was always tidy and well-stocked with essentials. His friendly attitude and willingness to assist with any requests truly stood out. I stayed at this place a few times. Does the job to crash the light. Just don’t tell the client you stayed there. Rooms are match boxes and the bathroom is a coffin. They do add some simper touches which makes it hard to hate this place. The personal care kits in the bathrooms, nice little breakfast place, flexible checkout options, and no fuss checking and checkout. Make sure to ask for non-smoking rooms explicitly. Some entire floors are smoking floors. Add their breakfast option when you book. Note to management: that air smell/purifier machine is obnoxious.

Good overall experience. The room was clean and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day. Housekeeping were supportive & provided good service. Food was good & had a balance in offering items of different cuisines in buffet. Room size was adequate with compact bathroom. Overall, I recommend the Ibis hotel for its quality service and comfortable accommodations.

Hi, before I checked-in, I requested for a room to be on higher floor so that I can have a good view. The rooms were really small like a matchbox but the compensation could have been a better view (I was allotted 1st floor despite my request at first place). The reception guy (who wears specs) did not accommodate any of my request and kept on allotting new rooms to others while telling me that all other rooms are occupied for now. Pathetic staff who do not know how to value customers. Never staying at Ibis "by choice" again. You should focus on resolving customer queries if you want people to show up again! Thanks for the not so worthy stay.

Food at the restaurant is just about okay. Please ask for the complementary side dishes otherwise you may not get it. Front office Shruti, please avoid compelling guests to give you good reviews with your name being mentioned. Rooms were neat and clean.
