Staying here is always a good experience. Location is a bit challenge but once you in it gives you warmth feeling. Being a lady traveller one of the safe hotel to stay in Gurgaon. Well maintained and cleaned room, good facilities and services of the this hotel makes you feel good and staff of this hotel are really nice and helpful. They are always ready to help you out. My special thanks to Priyanka for her support in arranging the things.
Managed to conjure up time for a last minute dinner before leaving. Place is nestled in old Gurugram.
The hotel is cozy. As for restaurant its basic but food has taste. Mr. Deepak Kapoor is a active person and has all his fingers soiled with multitasked work.
We were served with etiquette and the butter chicken was just Awesome...Also is the Amritsari Fish Fry.
The food will not be a disappointment.

Because of allergy we cannot have pillows with down and/or feathers. The hotel was noticed months in advance.
When we entered our room there were four feather pillows. We took them outside the room and went to the front desk.
After a while they found one (1) synthetic pillow.
Our tour guide helped and he showed that our request of pillows was on the room-list, so they had known about this for months.
But they offered us a... heater...
They finally got us one more synthetic pillow and told us there will be another two next day. We never got them, but a tech came in and started rise the room temp, but the room was already too hot so we had to tell him to leave.
We tried to get some beer and wine for dinner, but they could not serve that, but told us that whiskey could be served.
This pillow request had been no problem for us during our holidays, this was the first time ever. But the beds were very soft and it would have been a nice sleep if we had pillows.
Never seen a pethetic hotel and worst staff,specially mr. Anil yadav, who even don't know how to speak,how to talk,reception staff also very sarkari, at time of booking we told we need MAP plan with CP BILL,they told ok, at time of checkinn night i.e. 2 day before we again remind to reception person, he told ok i will inform accounts team in morning, next night we again remind he told u were in morning in hotel why u didn't told same to accounts team....IS IT A GUEST JOB TO DISCUSS EACH AND EVERY ONE SAME THING, THEN WHY U R AT RECEPTION (this is what we told him)
He told ok i will communicate and u will get ur bill in morning..at morning when we were at reception, there was a mess...we were 4 guests in 4 rooms, 2 got MAP bills (which was not be committed).1 got very different bill ie one day CP,one day MAP and one day different Tarrif bill
And last person all 3days tarriff was different, and worst part,reception guy told us i can't do anything, u have to pay like this onky, as our flight was in eary morning hence we didn't left any option..we paid and came out,but in future we will never visit this hotel,
Everymonth we went in gurgaon and required 4-5rooms for 3 nights, but in this hotel BIG NO
The stay was wonderful. Staff was very helpful specifically Mr. Tarun Gambhir at front office. Neat and clean rooms. Delicious food. Perfect location; Everything is nearby to the hotel i.e market , bus stand.
