Lemon Tree Premier 2, Gurugram

We had a wonderful stay at lemon tree for a night. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Loved the bathroom too. The food was tasty. The service was quick. The staff was friendly, polite and helpful. Thank you for this experience

Every detail seemed to be carefully considered, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere. It's clear that a high value is placed on guest satisfaction. We appreciate the effort put into maintaining such high standards.

Its a nice hotel in the bustling party district of Sector 29 Gurgaon. The staff are very courteous and sincere. The rooms are a bit dated , that is probably the only downside. Rest everything is good.

Few months back around Nov 2024 I visited there for a job interview and unfortunately I lack one print copy of my resume. So I went to the reception for the same and they ask for ’50 single print. I was shocked. There are no print or xerox shop nearby. So I have to pay them. Same as me few more candidates lacks some document copy and as the reception staff came to know they started to charge ’100 per copy. Like seriously thats how you treat your guests? Taking advantage of someone misery. Making money out of some nervous candidates. At that Blinkit came as a rescuer. Eneryone oredered their prints from blinkit. I must say ambience and food was good but hospitality. Overall experience was okish due to this incident. Hope the authorities understand.

Lemon Tree Premier - 2, Leisure Valley, Gurugram was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I wish I could give ZERO-STARS, based on how rude, cold, and uncompassionately I was treated by assistant manager Neeraj and head manager Harish. I made my reservation online {based on the photos} and prepaid for my room before arrival. While checking in I was told to sit down in the lobby while they examined my passport, expired tourist visa, and proof that a current visa extension was in progress at the India Bureau of Immigration. I logged into the Foreigners Regional Registration Office portal clearly showing them both that was extension visa was in progress. I was coldly told to sit in the lobby, after 30 minutes was told I could not stay at their hotel, nor would I be given a refund for my prepaid reservation. I was shocked by how hospitable and rudely I was treated. I told the head manager Harish he is representing a very prestigious hotel company, and he should show more warmth and courteously, after all this is the ’hospitality’ business. I left the hotel feeling very disrespected and immediately checked into Vivanta New Delhi, Dwarka 5-star hotel and was treated like gold. The Vivanta also never gave my visa issue a second question after I showed them the exact proof as I had showed The Lemon Tree’s head manager Harish. The Lemon Tree Premier 2 Hotel left a sour taste in my mouth and I will NEVER return.
