It was a comfortable stay. Room was quite spacious and well maintained. Housekeeping and room service was quick.

The Hotel location is not good. We found very difficulty to find the hotel location and it is far away from main roads and it is located in undeveloped are. The facilities also very bad. It was mentioned Hotel is having Health club but in Hotel it it is not there. I want to give a suggestion that, before your giving the ratings and facilities in your site, please visit the hotel and stay there atleast for one day. Then you can recomend the hotel to customers. But i had a bitter trip.

It was really a nice experience. People in India do not believe in Internet booking because you never know what price you are seeing on net whether you will get the same or not.

I think this hotel is overrated. The staff were curtious, however there were issues related to my checkin to flies buzzing in my room and the aircondition not working. The staff did offer to move me to another room and were promtl to email me offering better service next time i visit. In all i may consider other options than staying at this hotel.

Staff not hospitable at all, almost arrogant. Everyone just going through the motions. No one cares about the guests, no one makes an effort. Poor service, no training is evident. simple requests are treated as national tragedies. Only plus were clean and comfortable rooms.
