I had the opportunity of staying at Silver Oak Hotel on Aakashneem Marg at Gurgoan. I am pleased to inform that my experience has been simply Excellent ! The Room was beautifully done, with all amenities and conveniences. The Hotel Staff was very cooperative always eager to help. The Room service was prompt and food served was delicious and quite similar to what we get at home. My overall experience at SILVER OAK has been Really Good. And the Location is yet another bonus ! Visited last week, very disappointing stay. Why people are giving good reviews I don't understand. Even they shall charge the water bottles too...!! The food was not at all good, who the hell eat early morning oily chole-bhature I really wonder.....!!! The short waiter has atleast provided a stuffed paratha was the only good thing I can say about this hotel. Never going to stay here again.... Not recommended at all.

Although the hotel was a little difficult to locate the hotel is very beautiful and clean. Located in the posh DLF area this hotel is quiet and secluded. The room was quite big and was at par with most hotel rooms. There was a problem with hot water supply in the bathroom and no proper demarcation for smoking and non smoking zones. The breakfast was served to our room and was very good.

I am a corporate trainer besides running my own Security and Facility Management Company. I would like to put it on record that their facility for training and company get-together is excellent. The hall is spacious, support staff is polite and training support infrastructure was good. I was happy with the food. On the whole a great value for money and a good option for training's and corporate get-together's in Gurgaon
