My stay here could have been much better if they would have provided me with the complimentary provisions I was supposed to get. There was no bonfire by the evening, no indoor games which was anticipated. Apart from this I found the property as such to be quite decent. My room, the room service & the food quality were all up to the mark. This is a fine property but they can serve better.

Trident should provide the complimentary breakfast which was not included in my stay at Trident.

The hotel started renovation outside our room before we could check out and were stranded inside due to carpet being installed. The SPA was bad. Breakfast was fantastic.
