Chose the hotel based on my previous stay as well as for a single reason that the hotel is close to temple. Took a family suite which is a spacious room and the bathrooms is also quiet neat. Restaurant food and staff at the restaurant is also good, but that's just the restaurant. About the room, A/c is horrible, it can well be said that it isn't working. Restroom doors wasn't locking. I understand that rooms will have issue but the technician took quiet a time to fix the problem and for the ac the technician says it doesn't get cold because the temperature has been set at 19 degrees, he claims it should be set at 23 degrees for maximum cooling.. ROFL moment!! The above problem is all ok provided someone apologised to me when I kept informing about the problem but sad part is the people in reception are so unfriendly and never apologised. Even when I paid the bill when I asked them to inform the management about the problem, they were like "it is none of your problem" attitude, the staff is absolutely unfriendly and just for that reason I will think about referring this hotel to anyone. I will accept that after raising the issue on day 1 on bathroom door they did give me a room for using the bathroom but by then I have spent half my energy in fighting and I wasted 1 hr at 4 in the morning. Hope this reaches the management and hope the issue is resolved for other guests.
