This is the first time that we have visited this hotel. The hotel location is very convenient at one of the major junction of Haldia. The room is neat and clean, staffs are nice. We had taken a n/ac room for two days, price is reasonable, add on of this is complementary Wi-FI. Overall good experience.

The hotel is very conveniently located at the Manjushree junction. But the quality of housekeeping and service have been deteriotaed but still better than some other nearby hotel. No fresh investment in room interiors. However, front office lady officials are really helpful with max possible cooperation.

Hotel is located in a right place in Haldia, Restaurant is very good, average cleanliness maintained but horrible receptionists in th hotel. First of all they did not give recognition of Cleartrip voucher and asked me to contact you for imediate payment, which perhaps I have never seen anywhere that guest has to fight for the hotel payment (which has been already paid to you). I had to telephone at least 6 times to Cleartrip with long waiting always, wasting a lot of times. Finally, it was settled before my Check out. It is upto you whether you would keep such a hotel in your list of hotels or not but over all it is very very bad experience for any guest to fight with hotel receptionists for payment, which has been already paid to you.

I have experienced this hotel so many times and tried all types of rooms. All rooms are decently clean with sufficient room amenities depending upon the type of room chosen. Hotel staffs are very good and helpful, Breakfast is very limited and so kind of funny as with the name of complimentary. However with a great location value for money.

The tagline of the hotel doesn't match with my experience at hotel. I stayed for 4 days during 20th to 24th July 2015. On 4th day of my stay, I was rudely told to pay advance at 11 PM without even hinting that before, even during check in formalities. The reason given time was that the front line staff wont be available next morning! I had no intention of checking out or walking away without settling the bill, but the staff alleged that people have left their hotel, in the past without settling their dues without taking their bag and baggage behind! This was indeed insulting and insinuating! The frontline staff insisted that I pay then and there itself. When I said I wanted to speak to the incharge/manager of the night shift, they told me there is none. And Owner would not take my call at this hour (11 PM)! I had no plans of leaving Haldia then, but going by the behaviour of unruly frontline hotel staff, I left the hotel at 7 AM for Kolkata! This disrupted my entire business schedule, further engagements that I incured business, time and financial losses in Haldia. It may be p"ride" of Haldia but I would say that I was taken for a p"ride" err "ride indeed. The front line staff at the hotel needs to explain to customers hotel's requirement of advance payment at the time of check in itself. The Hotel need to have a manager on duty to address matter with sensitivity and respect to customer that it deserves.
