Firstly I would like to thank the staff who went out their way to help make my stay as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately there are lots of areas for improvement with the hotel although its appearance and location is a plus. The bed sheets had stains on them, I had moved two rooms and found the sheets to be the same, the bathrooms were very unclean in particular the sink and toilets. Although I was told they had been cleaned, they looked dirty and I had no choice but to clean the areas myself as I needed to use them and there was a huge difference to their appearance once cleaned. This time of year is quite cold and the rooms were very cold although at an extra cost, I was provided with an electric heater which helped. Considering the climate drop, the hotel may wish to consider more economical and effective ways of heating the rooms as this impacted my stay the most. Hotel Queen has potential and I hope my comments are taken on board and improvements made.

Demo Trip All rooms are bad , with no elevators. Avoid top floor rooms as its close to staff room and staff toilet.
