I visited in this hotel when I was on a trip to Jammu and it was a nice stay. The location of the hotel is good. The front view of the hotel is lovely. Rooms are comfortable and spacious with all modern facilities. Hotel staff is very graceful and polite. Food anddrinks of the hotel are tasteful. Service is prompt and they provide parking, wi-fi facility.
My home town is Hoshiarpur. this is by far second best hotel in Hoshiarpur. Good Food. Nice accommodation. rooms were clean. banquet hall for parties is also good. I felt lack of coordination between the staff and management. Rest all was ok.
We visited this hotel for a short visit with family members. The accommodation is good with all basic amenities. Staff was cordial and allowed early check-in too. Restaurant has good options for breakfast. We had our room on 2nd floor and usage of lift was convenient during the stay. Room quality is ok, acceptable for short stays. Hotel staff was able to handle the dinner rush for over 10 members (with prior notice) and fulfilled special requests related to food items from us(for dinner/lunch). They even provided food for one of the member who was on fast that day, as per demand. Thanks !!
Don't waste your money. Terrible, smelly and dirty hotel with cockroaches. We booked for a week but left after one night. They charge. 30 per night plus taxes not worth 5. We stayed here many years ago when it was good. Clearly still trading on that reputation. Save your and avoid this hell hole.
I stayed in this hotel on the night of 15 Jan, 2015. At the time of check-in, their Reception Person namely Sandeep Sharma behaved in a very careless manner, any how when i Checked in, I was given room no. 102 of this hotel There was hardly any thing in working order. TV was without remote & when i asked housekeeping staff they were of no use. In dinner I ordered two kinds of Veg. Dishes, but i was surprised when they served same thing in two bowls...... terrible. Anyhow, I was offered complimentary Breakfast (on payment) which is to be given at 7.30 am to 9.30 am. But till 8.30am they were not able to provde anything. It was my worst-ever experience in a Hotel. Wont try this next time... Parveen Moudgil, Advocate
