It was my business trip to Hyderabad and required me to have long meetings to discuss about our production of feature film. Carrying a very good impression about Hyderabad airport, I was concerned about my stay at the hotel (Amogh Boutique Hotel) booked on internet. The journey from airport to Banjara Hills was excellent as most of it was covered by a very long flyover above most part of this journey. As we entered the hotel, we realised that we are at the place we were looking for. Slightly off the main road (good in way to avoid noise at night), it had a very sooting ambiance. Reception staff was very courteous. Having explained about our purpose, they offered us a big room and it really was very nice with big bathroom. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The best part was the restaurant, with very economical buffet b/fast and meals, the quality was superb and the staff was more that willing to help at every stage. They offered to serve almost each and every item on our table- served hot. Definitely would recommend at the price and there is no compromise. For me this will be my regular place for my frequent visits in the next few months.

I traveled Hyderabad along with my wife in the first weekend of September. .When we reached the Hotel we had a smooth check in. They took almost 20 minitues to get our luggage to our room. The Hotel is having a very cooperative staff but needs improvement in service.The service needs to be really prompt. There was nothing great about the complimentary continental buffet breakfast. Not many varieties available.We never tried lunch or Dinner in that Hotel as we were always away with our friends.Overall an average experience, nothing great about it. The best part of this Hotel is its location, very close to business hub of HYD.

The room they gave to us after knowing that we had booked did not have any dedicated key. Everytime I had to call reception for the Master Key and it was very frustating. If they mark their hotel on google map then it would be easy for customers to search and reach there easily.

I booked this hotel mainly because it says they have an elevator. I was totally disappointed and when people came to visit us, it was very ambarrasing. First of all the elevator was so small that a wheel chair would not fit in. One has to get out of the pwheel chair and use the walker to get in the elevator and go up. Upon entering the room it was dark and smelled like it was not used for months, had a strong odor. Very poor lighting. The chair was very old and worn out. There was another chair that looked like wicker chair and the fiber was peeling off/coming off of the chair. The smell remained till the next day and we had to ask them to spray some room freshening spray. This was supposed to be a deluxe room. I can imagine how a regular/standard room would look like. It is like hole in the wall. Totally disappointed.. We did not use the restaurant so can't comment on the food. It looks like the restaurant part of the hotel was renovated. No comments on the service. The room was dirty and smelled bad.

Such a poor hotel. Rooms are spacious but facilities in room may be working or not. Television remote was not working in room. Linen is having smell. Even room's wall are very dirty. Breakfast was good and have 2-3 choice. However dinner was not good at all.

Good room and food. But poorly trained staff. No IT and/or maintenance person after 6 pm. Lights, flush not working and no action ever after complaining multiple times. WiFi was always in on and off mode. Would never go back

From the design you can see they planned it to be boutique.. From the maintenance you'll see that it's down in the dumps. Cracked, chipped & stained is what comes to my mind when I think Amogh.. The first room I was checked into (308 I think) had huge water marks on the walls & the aircon didn't even work, the doors were falling off the hinges. I refused to stay there so they shifted me to 305 which was marginally better. The toilets really needed scrubbing and when the housekeeping guy turned on the aircon there was "stuff" that just flew out the vents. Location is not great either. And lastly who gives you half filled shampoo bottles??? Recycling maybe??
