I had made the booking through Travelguru booking ID TGU0000739113 ON 03/06/2012 for Ella hotel Hyderabad from 19 /06/2012 to 23/06/2012 for 3 adult 1 child 9 years old.on 17/06 I call Ella hotel for the conformation they told this room is booked for 2 adults only and they had intimated to travelguru for same. But i was not informed, I call Travelguru and talk to Mr Dharmesh he assured me the problem will be solved by 18/06/2012 don't worry same reply I got on 18/06/2012 till evening and on 19/06/2012 I Was told by Mr Dharmesh you shall be upgraded to executive room where we 4 shall be accommodated I Reached the hotel in evening the problem was not solved I Talk to miss Manshi I was waiting in hotel lobby for 1 and half hour. The room which they had conform their was no place for extra bed the hotel authority told 4 people to adjust on dubble bed which was not possible as travelgur had book this room. After that I had to pay Rs 1000 * 4 nights = Rs 4000 then the executive room was allotted to me. Regards Pramit Shah

It seems that if booked thru Travel sites, good rooms are not provided by the Hotel staff. I had experienced 2-3 times the same while booking thru Travelguru. Fruit Basket was supposed to be free, was not provided until I asked for it. Old fashioned TV was provided in the room. Room Service: Service was poor, Tea ordered, came after 2 reminders & 35mts. Food ordered, came after 1 reminder & 30 mts. Washroom: Aftertaking bath, the water was not going due to uneven floor. There was no Jetflash provided in the bathroom. No Dental Kit was provided.No Newspaper was provided, No Complimentary wiFi service was given. Breakfast: Options were limited, Staffs were not there to help/serve/replinish the foods once it was over/coffee was served to me after 10 mts.

There were quite a few options in menu,but unfortunately were not available to serve at the room. However the dinner was good. May be they were not prepared for almost full occupancy due to diwali holidays or country club bookings. Rooms are big. But there were few small cockroaches though we didn't informed the hotel ppl, but it requires pest control at the earliest. Overall experience not so exciting, have better options at that rate

The feel of the hotel is really great however rooms are very small. The swimming pool is clean and well maintained. I will recommend this hotel for stay with children but not much for a business traveler.

Demo Trip Rooms at corridor ends have a better outside view.
