This hotel is at convenient place near to the main station hyderabad deccan.(about 1 km). The hotel rooms are neatly maintained. The officials are cooperative. The 24 hours check in very very much helpful as normally tourist arrive in the morning hours. Overall in the scale of 10 I can rate this hotel as 9.

This hotel is perfect for the busy biz traveler. The rooms are very clean and well furnished centrally air conditioned. The bathroom was like a regular 5 star hotel look. Very clean, had all the shampoos, moisturizers, shower caps etc. Separate shower cubicle, no bath tub though. I ordered room service and the Non veg stuff was excellent with the chicken biryani. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler who wants to stay in Hyderabad.

The breakfast in the restaurant is a complete chaos. There is no manager to supervise, The plates are perpetually in short supply. The tables after use by guests are not cleaned unless the new guest comes and asks the waiters to clean them. The food items being served if they get finished then they are not replenished unless some guest gets after the waiters. Overall it is a complete chaos. And despite complaint there was no improvement. The entire staff is young and not professionally trained. Although the quality of food is good.

In general the Hotel is ideal place to stay with family as well as the room House keeping team is good enough to attend our call services and rooms are kept very clean and neat.. .One good advantage is the room is provided with coffee maker with milk powder,sugar,and instant cofee/tea.So we need not wait for a long time on our need of coffee or tea. Also the Breakfast with wide spread of food also good in taste and found in quality. (especially south Indian Idly on diff variety) Only i felt bad experience is the Front desk office lady Receptionist's behavoir and approach with the customer is not appreciable ..Otherwise this worth for the money paid as well as it very close to Birla mandir/Legislative assembly as well as Lkdika pool railway station..All are walkable distance only.. I stongly recomend my people to stay in this hotel on their visit to Hyderabad.. But thotel management should advise the Receptionist to receive and answer to the customer in a polite and soft way which is really missing with her..Otherwise my stay with Best western is good memorable one..

For the price they offer huge rooms. But the location is right next to an under-construction flyover. So be prepared for an awkward entrance and exit to this place. The breakfast spread was managed in a weird way where they wanted to close the buffet even before the advertised time.

The hotel is situated in the middle of the city in lakdikapul. Beautiful and relaxing hotel. The rooms are big, but only beds are separate single. The bathroom is spacious. We enjoyed the food and service of the staff. We stayed here for 2 nights. All the family members enjoyed here. Many tourist attraction are near to hotel.

Had booked the hotel for 3 nights with family. Only OK part was the room. Starting from reception, all the staff don't know how to behave. Should have learnt customer service before opening a hotel. Firstly, when we called hotel reception to confirm booking (which we had done through make my trip) since we were travelling with baby and senior citizens, they took almost 3 hours to tell us that they didn't receive any voucher. Finally we had to mail them from our personal id. Food was pathetic. We ordered something at room, they served something else and charged us more, even after accepting their fault, they were not ready to rectify the bill, this happened twice with no courtesy to apologize & adjust with final bill. They should go to ENT to get their hearing ability checked or take accounting classes or how to operate n punch the bill. We had booked bus to Ramoji from hotel which the travel desk person said it will pick us & drop at hotel. But alas...We got dropped 20 mins away from hotel where there was no taxi or auto stand. We had to come walking with baby, pram, our parents in the busy traffic. Completely misguided us. If we had known earlier we would have booked a private car. Finally, when we checked out, we had already informed that we have an early flight & we will leave @ 4, housekeeping came to check if we have consumed something from the fridge which is payable or "stolen" their pillows, but there was no one to carry our luggage. This was the first time I saw something like this. We managed to take our luggage down. Last came the audacity of the reception guy, half asleep asked us where are the room keys & that we should have locked & given him the keys. Third class staff & third class management. I really wonder how this hotel even feature in websites like make my trip!!!

Hotel rooms are very clean and hygienic. Lot of amenities too. But their service sucks. They dont mind the guests at all. Food is also okay. Not that great but very expensive. There are so many other good options for this price.

Nice room, though noisy. WiFi is a hassle. No swimming pool, although there is one mentioned on the website. Travel desk taxi was 45 minutes late. No currency exchange although they had a sign saying they offer this service. In general the reception staff and travel desk staff were not very friendly. On the plus side: Good food, clean rooms, friendly cleaners, friendly restaurant staff...
