The hotel is strategically located in Road No 36,next to HiTech City,in the posh neighbourhoods of Hyderabad. There is a huge car parking behind the hotel. Check in was extremely smooth, didn't take more than 3 minutes. Staff were extremely courteous and smiling, very helpful and cordial, and escorted us to the room. The room was picture perfect, exactly what the management photos claim. Clean and with all basic necessities a room of that standard embodies. We had a peaceful nights sleep and the neighbourhood is very safe. We were greeted next morning with the newspaper, perfect housekeeping and a splendid breakfast with myriads of choices and tastes to cater to. Lunch and dinner were salubrious with a huge splatter every time. The management has overall been very polite and respectful. My salutations to the entire team to keep the sky reaching standards. Just perfect! Go for it. It's perhaps the best hotel I have stayed in the entire country. Best for the price.

I just got back from a trip to Hyderabad and stayed at the Jubilee Hills Best Western for a week. The hotel was spotless, the service was great, I loved the food. Breakfast was included and though it was strange for me, as British, to have Indian food for breakfast I loved it. They do have things like cornflakes, fruit, hard boiled eggs for those who prefer a more western diet. Evening mean, like breakfast, was a buffet and always fresh, tasty and plentiful and again the service, for drinks, coffee etc, was excellent. The room was comfortable, housekeeping was great, room service was very good. I loved their Chinese chicken fried rice and had that for lunch several times. They also keep you supplied with bottled water in your room. The fridge in my room wasn't working and within five minutes of reporting this they'd swapped it for a brand new one. Thankfully the air conditioning worked very well without a problem. You have your own on/off and temperature controls so you can set it just the way you want it. Everything else was as good as any hotel in Europe or America. Powerful shower, kettle in the room with tea and coffee sachets supplied, sockets with Euro/UK/US plug fittings so you don't need adapters, good free wifi fast enough to watch videos, laundry service and so on. Staff all speak English. Would happily recommend and stay here again.
The facilities and the hotel location was excellent. Customer service was good until it was night time and we realized that our room was right under their banquet hall. Unfortunately for me, they had a party that night and the staff started clearing up the chairs at night and that was very loud into my room. I started complaining again and again starting at 11 PM through the night until 2 AM and the staff repeatedly claiming there was no one up there. I finally went up there myself to find staff washing up dishes in the kitchen and it was loud enough to keep us awake. I got the manager to come up there and that is finally when he asked the staff to stop cleaning. Finally caught some sleep and the whole charade started at 5 AM!!! Would I go there again? Not sure. Is it worth it? probably yes but not on 4 floor...
