Checked in late night at the property. The check in process was prompt and hassle free. Had requested for large king/queen size bed that turned out to be twin beds, did not bother to have the same corrected as it was really late and all I wanted was to retire for the day. Maintainence work was going in at the property about which no information was provided at the time of check in or anytime later during my stay. 4 requests were made to the duty manager and with the guest services but all proved to be futile. The banging noise, was stopped immediately after the request was placed but the same would cease for about 15 minutes before the maintainence personell or engineering team as per hotel staff would start their work again. Just "an hour" before my intended wake up call/time they offered to change my room. Poor management of the smallest of issues. I am not even mentioning how the in room dining cometely ignored my breakfast customisation requests.
