We booked the Eagle wood hotel through fab hotels online. At the time of booking itself we had requested for early check in which was amicable agreed by Mr. Raghav the customer care (so called) rep. To our surprise when we arrived we came to know that nothing has been communicated to the hotel by the rep. Overall it ended up in series of unending calls to the fab hotels contact with absolutely no solutions. Moreover we got to hear things like the rep wouldn't have communicated the way we understood.. one of the team leads Mr. Piyush or someone told us. So we were told to wait at the reception till 11:00 am as the rooms were unavailable. But surprisingly there were 4 rooms that were suddenly ready to occupy.. guess the lady at the reception felt pity on us or was frustrated looking at our faces and gave us the same. The adventure did it end there. What they refer to as buffet breakfast is just a 2 dishes breakfast.. so beware in case you are craving for something other than dosage and Poha. You have to pay for everything else. I am still giving them 2 rating for the housekeeping staff but guess that's not the reason people stay at hotels.

I stayed at this hotel during my recent business trip to Hyderabad. Felt terrible. Staff untrained, not courteous at all. Gave me a bad room with A/C issues and power plug issues. They did not even check and kept the room ready. Horrible breakfast menu. The staff's attitude will make you feel get out of the hotel ASAP. Not recommended at all.

Stayed here for a night.. rooms are very small....ok for the amount paid through deal... I was happy that we didn't opt for 3 sharing and booked 2 separate rooms... Bathroom is also small and there is some issue with shower.... Place is clean and location is decent... good for short stay.... Service is decent...

my friend and I visited this so called hotel in January on arrival we was told there were no double rooms there which we had paid for two double rooms so they said we was moving to another fab hotel about 3miles away but there was nothing that suited us so we said we would put up with single beds next day we was told we was leaving so we got hold of travel agents back in uk she said we should not have to leave but we had already booked a flight to goa we did not like Hyderabad but so we think they sold on our rooms for the rest of our stay we spoke to a guy from exspedia he said we could pick any hotel we wanted he said we should never been allowed to have stayed there they did not let white people there so we went to another hotel for one night before we went to goa where when we was booking out we said see you in a week that hotel said no so we had to buy new tickets from goa to uk so we had paid for flight 15 nights but only got 4 nights and thed we had to pay extra 1100 pounds for flight back to uk from goa where if we went back we would have had no where to stay I would not recommend any fab hotels in india we was treated so bad if any hotel would have treated an indian there would be an outcry

Average stay experience. People across the reception desk need more training. They need to be more educated in respecting their valued guests. Hotel is running with few attandents. The services are not that prompt as expected.... I would never prefer to stay one more time at my next visit.
