I really enjoyed my stay with family at Itc Vallabha. The rooms and ambience was excellent with nice branded bathroom amenities and room maintenance and cleanliness standards. There was a Bengali food festival happening at the dining area which had apt ambience and food keeping with the theme. Very well thought of intricate details of the food festival. The Reception staff always asked about our feedback and were prompt to act upon the preferences and requests. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return on my future visits

Stayed here for 2 Weeks on a Business Trip and never had any hiccups throughout. Very friendly and courteous staffs at front desk were excellent in organizing travel requirements. Saneel was excellent, especially while requesting for feedback on the everyday about the food being served (Breakfast). My hearty thanks to Alka and Giri from the House keeping department, they ensure hygiene was maintained everyday. Would like to thank Ratnakar from the Travel team for ensuring timely travel arrangement whenever required.

Had a fantastic experience with Fortune Vallabha. The staff was very helpful & polite. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The bed, bathroom were well maintained and the toiletries top quality. I enjoyed the stay & would wish to come back some time again.

Fortune Hyd is very blessed to have a team of wonderful staff. Despite a last minute request by me calling from Singapore to arrange for a surprise birthday cake for my boyfriend staying at the hotel, the staff who answered my call Gyan was most efficient and helpful. He sprung into action immediately, arranged for the cake to be baked in an hour, specially wrote a note to my boyfriend on my behalf with decorative writing and when he could not accede to my request to present a flower as well, he got another friend to help draw in a rose into the note. I am so impressed with his quick thinking. Furthermore I also requested that he gathers a few more colleagues to present the cake at the room to "celebrate" the birthday with my boyfriend, the staff did everything perfectly. I hereby give my gratitude to Aweshna, Alka, Akash, Aditya and special thanks to Gyan. You all made this day 12 May extra special for the birthday guest :) THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Fortune hyd has the most freindly service, the staff provided the best room service and housekeeping service:overall happy with the stay!! Very neat and clean rooms, amazing and friendly service, gr8 food. We would definitely stay at Fortune once again...
