It was a nice experience to stay in a new place which I visited for the first time and the surroundings are also very nice. Centre of the city, bus stand, railway station is nearby and even a shopping complex is in close proximity. I am very thankful to them for making my visit a pleasurable journey.

The bathroom was not well equipped and there was shortage of water. Room quality and service was not very convincing. We had to call on them several times for placing the food order. It was an average experience altogether.

Hotel is located in the heart of the city. Our room was excellent with modern furniture. The room service did their job wonderfully. We had breakfast at the restaurant, must say it was awesome. We would love to visit this place again in future.

Location wise it was a boring property and service was also below standard. Room allotted, was bit comfortable and food arrangement was decent but I was not satisfied with their hospitality. I will not refer this property to anyone.

This is an average hotel for budget people,i can say it has everything but it takes a lot of money. Rooms are not clean and service is not much better.one advantage is that it is very near to the railway station.i was not satisfied with their service.

This hotel is a best example, how a property with fantastic lay out & situated at prime locality is just remained as haunted nest due to extreme negligence of the the property management towards business. 1. Self booked through Makemytrip & entered for an unexpected horror reality show at this place 2. Allotted room no 115 where intercom phone not at all works and after repeated requests to rectify the same but front office seems to be not bothered. 3. Multiple power failures but no power backup luckily current period is not a summer otherwise shower bath with sweat is guaranteed 4. After repeated requests, they provided one towel for two pax. 5. Whenever you order some thing , they will respond very slow & at last they serve and immediately asks the money. 6. No lighting in corridors in night hence my titled horror nest perfectly suits with the experience you get by reaching from reception to your room. 7. Front office is so negligent that while coming in from a outing, asked for the key of my room (115) they have given adjacent room key (114) this is the accuracy they are maintaining , that too one front office person always one hand at his ear with mobile and other hand and other ear only wilful to guest requirements. 8. Due to this bizarre, though makemytrip mentioned breakfast is complimentary, we have not dare enough to try the same. 9. This hotel does not have WIFI, which is the basic need now a days. 10. Air conditioner directly arranged on upon bed where you have to swallow direct breeze above your head. Highly unhealthy arrangement.

Booked an A/C room for two days. The A/C remote was missing. The TV in the room was not working. The intercom was dead! The dirty bathroom once you enter, you get yourself locked and you struggle desperately with the wobbly door knob to open. Same with the wobbly main door knob, if you manage to lock it you struggle to open it. If you open it you struggle to lock it. Repeated runs to the reception hardly solves any problem!

This would be the worst hotel I have ever stayed. 1)They demand high money more than the hotel range.1050 rupees per day,worth not even for 200 rupees. 2)Even for a tea,you have to call them thrice of four times. 3)TV settop box was not working.I had to go to the reception to make them check it.Believe me,6 times I had to go to reception,6 people came and checked and said that they ll fix it in 15 mins,30 mins.From 6PM to 10 Pm, nothing happened.Only when I said I l vacate the hotel,they changed the room. 4)Bathrooms are very very untify with pan stains.The house keeping people,didnt even wipe/clean the room before handing over the key to us. 5)Hot water was not coming.Once again I had to run to the reception.Still it was not done.Later after 3rd complaint,they said,Geyser was swtiched off since it was time for my train.Wont they check it on my 1st time complaint only? 6)You have water jar in room.But you have to buy only water bottle from them,for which too they ll charge. Overall a worst hotel to suck your money.Please dont stay there.There are better hotels in Hyderabad.

The hotel is located just a minute away from railway station and is the best budget hotel near the station The staff is good and the rooms are ok,still can be better maintained. Dont consider ordering food inthis place, u better go out for other place for food
