The room was spacious, nice drapes, good mattress, clean towels and good toiletries. The room had a good view of the street. Location wise very close to markets, restaurants and shopping areas. The breakfast option was limited however the staff was always helpful and courteous.

Quite location and well maintained hotel. Stayed 3 night and the service was nice and within the budget. The staffs were all friendly and is open 24 hours. But I cannot get a single bedded room and I stayed in double bedded room and landed paying the same charge.

Rooms are clean nd good but bathroom is not upto expectation , they didnt even providing me daily newspaper always i have to call reception for that, housekeeping was good , front office staff was very kind but somewhere lagging even after complaints, this was central place very easy to travel mehdipatnam, lakdikapul, necklace road, banjara hills, panjagutta if they improve some small things it will be great in future. Food is nice tasty .

Hi Guys.. My Name is Sudin Navelkar and i stayed in this so called 3 star hotel from 24th Aug to 27th Aug 2018...Location of the so called 3 star hotel is very good and no doubt about it... but the behaviour of the staff Mr. Raj who was there at the reception very disgusting and rude.. It was my off day and got up little bit late and went down for breakfast in the restaurant the guy for the restaurant directly said you cant touch the plate as the breakfast time are over as it is 10.45.. i just asked him its only 15 mins late and the spread is there i will take little. said no u cant... i went to the reception to ask y dint u guys informed me in the room that the breakfast gets over at 10.30... this guy whos name he told me Mr. Raj said we dont have that policy as we are three star hotel.. i laughed at him said forget it... Previous day when i was having a breakfast in the restaurant i just told the restaurant guy that i need a black tea.. the guy with the rude language tells me for black tea it will take half and hour if u want to sit u sit otherwise u can go.. i recomend eveyone dont except any good service from this hotel staff.. THEY ARE VERY RUDE... ITS ONLY THE LOCATION AND NOTHING GREAT ABOUT THIS HOTEL

Excellent stay for business trips. Good comfortable rooms. Food is great, they serve some good cuisine. But you may find your self in a fix if you desire to order food around mid night. They dont serve food after 11-11:30pm. Very approachable due to its location on Banjara Hills. Mall close by. Staff is very friendly. Overall a very good hotel for stay.
