Room was spacious clean and neat. The food was very delicious in taste. Service was bit slow of the staffs but it was manageable.

The room was well furnished with modern amenities. Staff was well trained. We had breakfast in the restaurant it was pretty good in taste.

Location was really convenient very close to the railway station. The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was professional and provide decent assistance. The food was wonderful and quite hygienic. I will surely visit this hotel again.

My stay here didn't meet my expectations. The property is not exactly well maintained. For instance the tiles of the bathroom flooring were broken, even the flush in the toilet was not working. Apart from this the staff members were quite cooperative, even the food was average. This is a basic property.

The facilities were very limited especially the food as they provide only veg food. Otherwise room quality and service was considerable. Location was just manageable. Overall an average experience with nothing great to share.

My friend came early morning and denied early check in. He even was ready to pay the cost. I myself talked to the hotel over phone few days back and been advised cost of early check in at 7 am would be INR 1300, but the front office simply refused to give early check in. The reason given as per the manager is THEY DO NOT GIVE EARLY CHECK IN TO THE PASSENGERS WHO BOOKED ONLINE!!!!! This is the strangest reason one can expect in 2017. When I am writing this, they are still waiting at the lobby and waiting for 12 o'clock to check in to their rooms. The kid fell asleep in the lobby itself. I am feeling awfully bad as I am the one who suggested the hotel.

The rooms here are simple but have everything you need, plenty of space and a comfy bed. staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great with fresh fruit and juices, a good selection on the buffet and dosas made to order.

Stayed there twice on business tours...must say its a value for money ....very nice hotel at the price you will get in such a central location... rooms are spacious and nice with all basic amenities along with wifi which is free... b'fast is also fine. we had a nice trip at quality inn residency.

Rooms are well airconditioned neat and clean with kitchenette style rooms. Facilities like Wifi,laundry service,24hrs room service, hot and cold water. Restaurant is there and food is fine and hot all time.

No internet and dirty bathroom (70s style) with water overflowing on the floor. Request to change room or to fix the problem was not entertained. Internet is always there but do not work due to some "unknown" reason to the management.
