The Hotel is at Secundrabad,and the place is in market,so all markets are available there.Before reaching there, they told us that double bed room is available, but after reaching they gave us deluxe rooms. The Rooms and Bathroom is big but they all are very dirty! and there is no room service!!!! the staffs are really BAD! the Owner is also a LAZY and LIRE !! THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS NO KITCHEN AND CATERING SERVICE! And when you ask them to bring food, they will bring it but the quality and price is TERRIBLY BAD! I mean, DAAL FRY- RS.100 ! ARE YOU MAD OR WHAT! and cheap thing will not be available on every time so you had to take the high priced things. the rooms are really very dirty and smelly . when we told the stuffs to clean the room, they told the cleaner will come on 11 am , so if we are going out we had to give them our room keys, and they always told this again and again. one day we were available at hotel and told them to send the cleaner on 11 am but no cleaner came till 12 pm XD. at last on 12.30, the staffs came with a mop and cleaned the rooms!! One day we booked a car from hotel for 9 hours at 1400/-, the OWNER fixed this value with the driver, but after 9 hours, the driver took 1500 from us and the OWNER denies everything about what he told before! THE WORST THING IS THEY ARE ALSO THIEF! BECAUSE THEY THEFT MY MEMORY CARD FORM OUR ROOMS WHEN WE WERE NO AVAILABLE! The must have the spear key of our rooms and stole my memory card from my room! so i will request everyone NOT TO STAY THERE AT ANY COST!!

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed, Zero value for money means, don't stay even if it is free of cost. There are lots of Bugs, insects, mosquitos and no electricity surety. There is no power back up. No room service, No kitchen. Staff is rude and arrogant. Zero safety, TV service is poor. So in short it is as good as staying on FOOTPATH.I request Tripadvisor to remove this hotel from listing.

The only silver lining that I found about the place was its proximity to the Secunderabad Railway Station, just a short walk from the place. Other than this the place was utterly unimpressive, be it the Rooms, the Service, the facilities and the overall ambience. Would not recommend to people travelling for leisure. Business travellers may use this place especially if you require a place in proximity to the Station for local trains. The room traiff was moderately high and I did not find it quite reasonable especially becuase the facilities have been utterly compromised - no towel, no soap, no bottled / regular drinking water in the room. The Air Conditioner and telivision barely function, the cable connection hasnt been paid for in the past etc,

dont go to this hotel at any cost! rooms are as dirty as u cn imagine ..no catering or kitchen.. they buy food for u from other food joints.. i called up for warm water approx 50 times.. filthy and stinky place... with lots of insects.. and the worse is power cuts

This is a good hotel if you are an individual traveling to Secundrabad on business (specific: Monda market), and need a hotel with A/C. Not suitable for stay with family. Do not expect professional service, but the attenders/boys there run and bring hot water buckets (no shower or geyser in rooms) after 2 or 3 calls. Service not up to the least expectation, like the double bed had a single blanket neatly folded to look like a double one. They can do better in things like this. The hotel should have had its prime in the past - not anymore - can see the paints peeled off, tiles were coming off from the walls in the rooms. But the aisle and main areas are cleaned regularly.

Demo Trip The lift is strangely placed - it is in the landing between floors, so if your room is in second floor, you have to walk up to the landing of 1st floor, take the lift to 3rd floor (i.e., landing between 1st and 2nd floor) and walk up from the landing. So rooms in 1st and 2nd floor reduces the stair climbing a little
