It was a manageable experience as the property was not up to the standard. The room facilities and service was quite average and food was also very common in taste. The location was the only good thing.

We stayed in executive room, it was attractive with modern furniture. The management of the staff was really good, they always did their work with a smile on their face. The breakfast was awesome in taste. This is a recommendable property.

The hotel is located very close to shopping mall, airport etc. Breakfast was fantastic in taste of the restaurant. Room was bit small but it was excellent in looking. The food was superb in taste of the restaurant.

The Executive Room was neat and clean with all the facilities. Staffs were prompt and quick in their service. Breakfast was very nice in taste. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I have visited this hotel during my vacation holidays to hyd.It was clean and rooms are very spacious.service is not that much expected needs some changes.Regarding food it was good .We can avail all type of varieties mostly.surrounding places are good.

Nakshatra is supposedly soon-to-be renovated. Until that is done, please don't book here. No restaurant, poor room service, unclean linen, no warm water, bathrooms in various stages of disrepair... They charged for even the single bottle of water I wanted!

Nothing works Nothing works

We stayed in April, 2015. The room floors were dusty (We had booked two rooms). Food, even tea coffee, had to brought from outside the hotel. The excuse given was that pantry is under renovation. But from Tripadvisor comments, I noticed that the same excuse was given way back in 2012 to another guest. Same excuse was given when we were shocked to find that hot water will not be available in the water taps. It was brought to our room in buckets. The washbasin taps were barely giving water in a trickle. Toilet roll was given on being asked but were not fitted by the employee. When I tried to fit it, it was impossible as the holder was stuck. The bathroom floor is amost one foot above the room floor. So difficult to climb for elders and differently abled persons. On a positive note the lift worked, the sheets were clean and white, the staff were genuinely trying to help, there were new AC in the room. The extra bed in the room was firm and comfortable. I think that the management is not interested in running the hotel.

When I contacted the hotel before arriving at Secunderabad, I was told that the restaurant was being renovated. We still decided to stay and get food from outside. And we repented our decision. We were ushered into dusty, unclean rooms. It appeared that the whole hotel had been subject to renovation and dust had been settling for some time. The tables and desks in the rooms had visible dust coatings. The room size was good though, considering the room rent. We strongly felt that the bed sheets had not been changed and the room had not been cleaned. The bathrooms were usable, only just. The hotel did not even provide drinking water. They did not even have a card swiping terminal and would only accept cash. Now, some good things. The staff were polite and helpful, when called. They were quick to respond to our calls. The location was great, especially if you want to stay close to the Secunderabad station. We planned to stay for 5 days but decided to leave after just 24 hours.

stayed for two nights.centrally located property right opposite "paradise ",the famous biryani restaurant.the place is quiet,sfae and noise free.local transport is easilly available.situated alongside market where everything is available. teriff is negotiable and complimentry breakfast is average. room service is good.rooms are average furnished.
