I have been visiting Hyderabad for a long time time I used to see this hotel on my way many a times but I always thought it was an average place, then his time i thought lets try as my work was in that area and i had little time taking it to account of the Hyderabad traffic jams and I am really surprised it was a out of the way place their are bery good in every thing the hotel is clean the toilets and room is maintained. Well to tell you I will now be stating there in all my future visits to Hyderabad.

It was a pretty good hotel in all terms. Premier Club was neat and tidy with all the facilities. Service was great and location was fine too. Overall my stay was pleasant.

THE PLACE IS GOOD AND WELL MANAGED LITTLE IMPROVEMENTS ARE NEED LIKE THE TOWELS IN THE ROOM ARE OLD AND NEED REPLACMENTS. ON THE WHOLE THE SERVICE IS REALLY GOOD. COFFEE SHOP NEEDS A LETTLE IMPROVMENTS LIKE TABLES ARE NOT SET EVEN AT 8 AM NEED TO BE CHECHED. WELL I WILL GIVE THEM A 6 OUT OF 10 FOR OVER ALL EXPERENCE.

I didn't had any issue in my entire stay. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was quick and supportive. The food was also fine. The only complain was that they didn't provide any breakfast during the check-out . I was checking out early morning and asked for the breakfast, but they refused and replied that it was too early to provide. Otherwise the rest experience was fine.

The staff was extremely unaccommodating, the breakfast wasn't particularly exciting and the rooms weren't the freshest. Despite having spent 4 days at the hotel, they did not extend any particular service or support for special requests.

First of all, dont go by the name. The hotel isn't Grand as the name suggest. Its a business hotel where you can check in for quick 1 day stay or so. The locality has lot to offer. The rooms were neat & Clean. It was a comfortable stay. However the hotel is not made for any leisure trip with family or friends where you can enjoy the stay as wells other attractions in the city.

Stayed last week for 4-5 days. Breakfast (south Indian) is very nice. Idli, Wada and Sambhar all are of good taste. Rooms are good and Room Service people are very co operative. Little disappointed with Reception Staff. Overall good hotel to stay. Food is also good.

the hotel offers a best stay for business class at very appreciable price.Breakfast has a mid range variety.a la carte is bit costly with less quantity. Placed in busy road, its value for money.People at the reception are friendly ,good wifi coverage,with valet parking.

Stayed here for 2 days. The service is absolutely pathetic - getting connected to wifi was a struggle and then the wifi speed was horribly slow ( i had to use my mobile hotspot instead ), leakage in the washroom, no hot water, refrigerator not working, serves cold breakfast and tea ! When requested for a cup of hot tea, the lady seemed very reluctant to offer. The only reason we decided to book this hotel was because of its location. Surprisingly, none of the staffs seem to be bothered about service quality here. I was left with the impression that the guests who book through MMT are treated differently. If you have issues with guests booking through MMT, why is your hotel listed on MMT ?
