Had a great staying experience. We had booked through booking.com site. We reached at 1oclk in the night. And we got king size bed with complimentary breakfast. Collaboration between staff and guest truly unique. Overall good and loved the stay.

Close to Airport. Big rooms. But average looking. But neat and clean. Height of the Beds is high, may be good for aged people and people with knee problems. Even the wash basin is located at higher platform. Nothing special about this hotel. Breakfast starts only at 8.00am which is quite unusual for people who wants to check out early morning. It should be atleast should start at 7.00am

Cleanliness 3/5 Location 4/5 Room service 3/5 Hotel has very small parking. Reception area is good .rooms are just okay . Receptionist was rude. The only good thing about this hotel is location .birla temple is at walkable distance. You can find some good eateries and cafe nearby.

Worst experience with this hotel. Rooms are filthy, not clean at all. No soap, No water, No water to take shower. Breakfast was terrible.. I am not recommending this hotel to anyone. Never go this hotel again.

I was totally fooled :-( after visiting the rainbow INTERNATIONAL hotel. I informed while making the booking that I will checkin between 5-6 AM, but due to bus breakdown during my trip I reached the hotel between 8:30 AM, (1) The receptionist was very rude, it is very late, what is the point in staying for 2 hours. because the INTERNATIONAL hotel checkout time is 11:00AM (2) I asked politely whether it is possible to extend 1 or 2 hours, he asked me to pay Rs.1000. I told I'm ok to pay by debit card. The swipe machine was in front me i gave my debit card but he told you cannot use the card, pay only by cash and I requested my company will accept card payment for reimbursement but he is not accpeting and told rashly If you pay by cash or leave the room immediatley. After that I didn't showed any interest to talk to him any further. (3) Then he took the key and gave it to his hotel boys and assigned the room...while following the boy, i peeked some open rooms which are spacious and neat.When i entered my alloted room , the stench smell is coming out of the room and the TV doesn't have any setup box properly connected and the wash room is also smelling like hell. So what i felt that a goibibo customer goes to his hotel he will allot unused and worst room in his hotel. (4) The room size for 3 adults is very small compared to others room on the same floor and tubelight is not glowing.If you look at the wall are leaky and in the washroom tiles broken. (5)It is not worth for the money spent close to 2k and the hotel totally cheated us by alloting worst corner room in the hotel based on the stench smell the room is not opened for months together. (6) As promised they never shared the WIFI password to use (7) We went to wash our hands before taking our complimentary breakfast, but there we find all the used plates,are thrown in the same wash basin for clean after eaten by hotel customer....It was annoying to situation to wash our hand with all the things are put to wash. (8) I didn't extend any time left the hotel immediately after seeing the recepointist way to talking liking rowdy.
