Booked online 15 days before on their own website. Got a mail confirming the booking the same day. On the day of check-in called to reconfirm. Shocked to hear that our room is not confirmed and all the rooms are booked. Had a big argument and finally said that he can arrange something at 10 PM as few will checkout. When we reached at around 8 pm we got the same shock again. As we booked from their own website arranged some small room . Many booked online from other travel portals had a round no and were found fighting with the staffs.
Commingled to the rooms , the worst one can expect smelling corridor , leaking taps , non functional AC , no hot water ( avialible only from 6 to 7 am if you are lucky enough)
1/2 star for the person in front desk who was polite with me atleast with me . Pitty for him who had to handle all the disgusted guests.
And next 1/2 for being in central location as we preferred.
We stayed in this hotel for one day. The hotel ambience is good but poorly lit. Deluxe room with AC is okay. There were cobwebs in room and bathroom. Furnishing is worn out. Roadside facing rooms are quite noisy so beware. We had agreed for a final price with breakfast included. However, the breakfast was most pathetic. First they mentioned that breakfast will be served in your room as against going to the breakfast area. It was unusual, so on checking they mentioned that the breakfast area is not in proper shape. Subsequently they served breakfast in room - Idlis were very hard with one of them already bitten, chutney was stinking. Further, Sandwiches were given without chutney in the bread. And coffee was provided in the flask, which was not even washed having old stains, dust etc. When i complained to reception, the front desk guy was also shocked and he took the breakfast back. But while making the bill payment, when i asked them to exclude breakfast charges, they shamelessly denied inspite of agreeing that the breakfast was pathetic. I was surprised that how could they not exclude the charges but they dint have answer. Infact i had breakfast at kamat hotel which is just opp to this hotel.
Net net this place is okay nearby to station but be sure that the room is clean and breakfast is EXCLUDED from your price.
I have booked on line. The hotel is at walk-able distance from the Hyderabad Railway Station. The ambiance of the hotel is very good. The staff at reception found very co-operative. The property is very huge. The rooms are also good. The haul was that the centrally AC was very very very low. Some times I felt suffocation. The restaurant within the premises found below average as whatever served was though good in taste but very cold. The travel desk heped us to rent a car for Hyderabad Darshan.
WORST is the one word description for this.

Details: This is the last preference I would suggest. People who would have booked online are given substandard secondary treatment here. My experience at this hotel was horrible. As per online policy hotel allows check in only at 2pm. I had gone in morning and asked if there are rooms available. The staff said, yes but yours is online booking so we allow only after 2pm. Had he just said that politely, i would not have felt bad. But the way he spoke was too rude. He was not ready even to offer a room at some cost. Secondly, though there were rooms available in lower floors he gave one in top floor. The lift is just a show piece there and made me feel more pathetic about that hotel. When asked management about it, their response was horrible. They did not even bother to apologize for their mistake. Third surprise was about breakfast. Generally all hotels give breakfast from 7am. But this fellow told they give only after 8.30. And about corridor, i feel public toilets are better maintained than this hotel. The smell was too disgusting and it was so shabby.
Room was ok ok, and though i stayed for 2days, they did not even bother to clean it. The rooms are noisy and not upto the mark.
The AC in the room is outdated. It was not swinging at all. Hence there was no much cooling also. Hot water was also an issue. There was no hot water available. Also the staff did not share the wifi details as well, though it was promised as per my booking.
The rooms are a bit noisy also because the hotel is beside the main road.
I have been across countries, across many places and hotels. But this hotel is the benchmark for the worst service ever
I booked this hotel for 3 days(2 Days with my name and one extra day with my wife's name). I booked it with MMT so I got cheaper rate as compare to other sites.
1. Main attraction is nearby. Ramoji's pickup bu's stop is very near from hotel.
2. First receptionist refused to give early checkin (tone seems very arrogant). But owner saw my wife struggling with baggage so he given us early checkin. Manyu thanks for this.
3. Breakfast was ok. But you can also try Hotel Kamat for breakfast.
1. Hotel property is good but not well maintained.
2. Room service was very bad.
3. They never cleaned room in my entire stay. They have not even changed the towels. After first checkout (which was with my name), i insisted them to clean the room for my next day's check in(which was with my wife's name). They first agreed but nothing happened.
4. I registered complains for small small things like TV remote was not working, Hot water etc. but they seems very cool about this. Even one of receptionist told me that hotel people don't know how to provide service, I was like what the f...., you are one of them. So decide your hotel wisely.
5. They are charging extra on MRP. Water bottles's MRP is Rs. 18 but they charged me Rs. 20 + 10% room service(Acceptable) + GST(WTF).
6. WiFi was very slow.
